I guess for me I just don't like the idea of businesses being able to discriminate on private information like that. It's also just stupid at this point since covid is a nothingburger. I don't really care if people know I'm unvaxxed but now if you're in a group or whatever, you have to be aware of where you're "allowed" to go. It's like involuntarily being the vegan friend - "I can't eat there, they don't have a vegan option" lol
Also I don't like the idea of them backtracking and reintroducing the whole system because of cAsEs or hospitalizations.
That's just me though, some people might find it acceptable

It's amazing how much of the population had no idea what a totally standard end-of-life situation looks like. Of course a respiratory virus was killing large numbers of old people - that's how old people have always died if cancer or heart disease didn't get them.

So Kenneth is looking to double down like Trudeau. And seeing as he’s got the RCMP on the scene, I still think he’s still a few steps away from requesting the military.

IDGAF if they want to refuse people who aren't wearing masks. Fine. But to set up a digital system where private entities access your personal information to decide whether you can use a service is just back to the social credit shit.

He also said that they will be keeping the QR code system in case they ever need to redefine fully "vaccinated" as having 3 shots. Just saw it on a rebel news clip on instagram.

Imagine if the lack of soy products in the supply chain, and subsequent lack of dietary phyto-estrogens, causes the bug men to come out of their emasculated pod-people state. Perhaps the newfound testosterone levels can give rise to them growing a spine, and not constantly need to be told what to do. Imagine if Truckers save the world from tyranny......and soy people!

If you know anything about Gofundme, you'll know they truly don't give a fuck where the money goes. They sponsor actual scams and let creators of said scams completely off the hook: no product, no refunds, no accountability. If you think it's pure coincidence they just so happened to start giving an inkling of a rat's ass about one of the largest projects on their websites which is politically motivated in favor of those that oppose a narrative pushed by the mainstream, you're living in la-la land.

I can only take a small bit of joy in the fact the Alberta reddit page is, what, 161k people? Less than the inner city of Edmonton? So, really, this is a small, basement (fringe) minority of losers screaming into an echo chamber while the rest of us get back to life.

Which, while I went to town today, I saw a truck driving with Canadian flags hanging off it and it honestly made me feel pretty joyful to see the support still going, even if you can't be there. Some houses on the backroads have a couple crisp, new Canada flags waving about too.

I hope they don't leave until they have legal immunity for anything related to this as well, or at least an agreement to not pursue them for criminal charges or civil restitution. I'd imagine most won't mind getting a couple tickets or whatever. They were willing to put it all on the line to begin with.
