Watching the show right now and it makes sense.
Sander gets the most TV time because he isn't fucking cross-eyed. The producers put him on the dates and shit because he isn't. If the other brother wasn't cross-eyed, they'd get him to do it.
Ari is too fucking normal to be anything but a occasional background character.
Slight powerlever, but some good friends of mine(one R.I.P.) were on a reality show for a good bit of seasons doing mundane shit & even that was scripted. Sander might be a creep, but his dates with trannies are scripted as fuck. If the other one wasn't cross-eyed, they'd have him doing double dates with Sander and the drag queen from RuPaul's Drag Race.
For once, being cross-eyed is a positive more than a negative.
Ari's way too basic & boring to be anything more than a background character.
Sander wants clout, fame, and pussy. So it's easy as fuck to manipulate him.
All in all, waiting for the Jazz/Slayton sisters crossover.

Hands down, these people are paying the Bloshinsky family for shout-outs. I can't remember where exactly it was, but I believe one of the websites created by Sander had a section for paid promotions and the like. It probably costs more to have it done on Jazz's account as he is the most prominent. Remember, the whole thing is a cult, and as prominent members of that cult they may feel a sense of duty to perpetuate it while recruiting as many new members as possible, while lining their own pockets. It's been clear for a long time now that Jazz does not control his own social media accounts. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't even have access to any because Mommy Dearest convinced him from a young age that the Internet is dangerous and full of 'transphobes' who will try to bully him to death or something.

This may be the end of the Sander arc. If he's losing hair at this rate, the last of his photogenic qualities may be gone by next year. Imagine having to consider wearing a hairpiece to stay in the spotlight at 23 years old.

Or, Rogaine and plugs Sander arc? Full of emotion about how society/social media puts pressure on men to look good and to be his true dander self (to crib from Exulansic) he needs to go on a hair journey. Or he could borrow Jazz's Sparkles wigs.
I do not see Sander accepting losing his hair, he knows it's all he's got.

I really doubt it. Jaron has had multiple severe health crises even if you don't believe the theory that he was suicidal/tried to kill himself during his first attempt at Harvard and the producers still did not use that as an excuse to move the show's focus away from trans stuff.
I suspect Sander will still be a main character because the other family members are even worse messengers for the pro-trans arguments (Jeannette is loopy, Jaron is too sick to not raise questions and will be attending a school with a strict no-filming policy, the grandparents are too honest and everybody else is too apathetic). He could even have a plotline with Jessica/Noah without the rest of his family, which also doubles as an excuse to keep Dr. Sneed around as a recurring character since her sister is engaged to Noah. The writers could even just cover her photogenic patients only with none of the post-op/follow-up care to create a constant narrative of "SRS helps people with no downsides".
Edit: Just to be clear I suspect there will be a spinoff or Season 8 of I am Jazz even if it means little or no coverage of Jaron himself. Network TV in this country always keeps shows on the air even after they've run out of ideas or even stop making sense.
