Canadian Truckers Convoy 2022 - The Leaf calls you a Nazi as he gasses you

Is there even a point in having ''civil conversation'' with leftists? Sam Hyde's bit about them wanting anyone right of center dead and their kids raped and brainwashed rings truer with each passing day. I don't know if I can offer any ''serious'' advise beside get the fuck out of the niggercattle hive cities, especially if you have families.

No. There is no point in talking with them. They wouldn't extend that courtesy to us, and until everyone slightly right of Karl Marx realizes this, even if the Truckers are successful, we're not really any better off. Repealing Mandates doesn't solve the issue that basically half the population still despises every single fiber of our beings and considers us to be inhuman monsters aligned with the worst of humanity.

It also won't change the fact that if you took General Patterson's opinion on Russia and updated parts like "Russian" "Chinaman" and "Japanese" to be "SJW", "Troon", and "Feminist", he otherwise would perfectly sum up my entire opinon on the modern day left as a movement.

I think there have been events every weekend in all the Maritime provincial capitals of Charlottetown, PEI, Fredericton, NB, and Halifax, NS.
On cursory examination, I cannot find a more recent protest in Newfoundland, but they did hold this event in St. John's, NL, on Jan 29th in early support of the Freedom Convoy.

There's a PR war going on, and the presence of families and kids wins hearts and minds, especially among female observers. Think of the PR that Charlottesville got being mostly populated by fighting age incels, versus the Freedom Convoy family event with bouncy castles; sure, they tried some baseless smears, but nothing sticks and they almost seem to be giving up. Not only is it better optics in that respect, but it's also horrendous optics for the police to be gassing or shooting women/children, whereas no one gives a fuck about fighting-age men getting gassed or shot. The presence of children could be one of the major factors, if not the single biggest factor, for why the government is so frozen in the face of what's going on in Ottawa. For another example aside from Charlottesville, just look at how fucked the current Paris freedom convoy protests are, and look at the age/sex demography of who is at those events.
One need only look to how obsessed the Freedom Convoy's opposition is with the presence of kids to see how effective they seem to be as a tactic. Threats to call in Child Protective Services, Trudeau singling out parents with something like "If you are protesting in Ottawa with children, it is time for you to go home," twitter lefties bitching about "human shields" like the peaceful protest is a warzone (they wish it could be), etc.
That picture made me incredibly angry. Those are the kinds of images that can permanently alter the course of history, and I'll leave it at that.

Two premiers ended the mandates already. A third has it around the corner and has basically said "Peaceful protest is legal, these people have a right to be here. Just fucking talk to them".

Ford, for all of his bluster, knows that the protests are peaceful and the Ambassador Bridge was cleared. He undercut Trudeau today for a goddamn reason and signaled an end to some restrictions (he's done it before so he's probably being a fat fuck snake, but you don't undercut the feds unless you want to make a point)

Legault, even if he's probably the premier with the most to lose, isn't going to look good if he has FLQ 2.0 under his watch.

I don't know what the Maritimes and BC are doing right now. I know Nova Scotia and New Brunswick did put some "protesting on highways are super illegal" emergency mandates, but otherwise I don't know if they're removing restrictions.

PEI I think also removed some restrictions. No fucking clue about Newfoundland but I think they're easing up too.

None of them are going to say "YEAH SURE MARTIAL LAW SOUNDS AMAZING". I know Trudeau can do it anyway, but the brazen balls on declaring martial law over a peaceful fucking protest? Absolutely embarrassing when we're supposed to be going to war with Russia soon.
When will the BC cunts get the message? Fuck this province. Christ I wanna move.

Sometimes I have to take a step back and remind myself that this is all happening because some disgruntled truckers parked their trucks and Treadeu is such a petulant child he refuses to even humor them. That is all it took for us to be on the precipice of Tiananmen Square 2: Maple Edition.
There is nothing more dangerous to the elites than the people that keep society running

Repealing Mandates doesn't solve the issue that basically half the population still despises every single fiber of our beings and considers us to be inhuman monsters aligned with the worst of humanity.
It would still be a massive defeat for them. The whole message of the Honk is, "you need us more than we need you".

They are horrified to realize how powerless they are when their enemies find a hill to die on.

That picture made me incredibly angry. Those are the kinds of images that can permanently alter the course of history, and I'll leave it at that.
It was a well staged propaganda peice. Usually parents murdering their kids isn't leveraged to argue for genocide of unrelated people, but anything is possible if you have no morals I guess.

Right now New Brunswick is at level 2. We're set to go to level 1 on the 18th. We've still got vax pass bullshit, limits on "gatherings" with no sign of them ending any time soon. I don't believe that Higgs won't just bring them back when the next vARiaNt comes out.
Yeah, that's the rub. Even if these vax passes get relaxed you just know it'll get pushed once another variant comes out.

So there solution is to make sure the protestors have nothing to lose? That's not really sound strategy.

From Sun Tzu The Art of War: But Kao Huan, instead of trying to escape, actually made a shift to block all the remaining outlets himself by driving into them a number of oxen and donkeys roped together. As soon as his officers and men saw that there was nothing for it but to conquer or die, their spirits rose to an extraordinary pitch of exaltation, and they charged with such desperate ferocity that the opposing ranks broke and crumbled under their onslaught.
Along that exact same plane, that is honestly my second favorite Sun Tzu quote after, "Throw your soldiers into positions whence there is no escape, and they will prefer death to flight. If they will face death, there is nothing they may not achieve. Officers and men alike will put forth their uttermost strength. Soldiers when in desperate straits lose the sense of fear."

Because FBI goons will show up at the homes of the organizers and threaten them and their families.
I can see this happening for the prominent organizers, but even then, how are they going to prevent others from doing it? That's the thing about this type of protest, it's not easy to prevent and it's not easy to remove once they've parked.

It would still be a massive defeat for them. The whole message of the Honk is, "you need us more than we need you".

They are horrified to realize how powerless they are when their enemies find a hill to die on.
It's already a massive defeat. They are declaring democracy has failed with the emergency powers request. Only a dictatorship has the power to hold the country together for the current nosedive.

Double reply with this too to elaborate on a couple things and avoid excessive dooming. Once invoked the act doesn't immediately suspend civil rights, it provides the ability to do so as liberally or conservatively as desired via emergency legislation.

What's likely to happen is freedom of movement within the area of the protests will be suspended and telecommunications clamped down on. People will be told to leave immediately, and if not they will be dealt with violently. Emergency alerts to this effect will go out for these areas and people told to avoid them until further notice.

There won't be any legislated Canada-wide suspension of rights given even the most loyal Liberal bugman cannot justify it, but I suspect the Libs will apply this act to all border crossings and major city centers for the foreseeable future.
Won't that literally be giving them nothing to lose?

:story: Only by working for billion-dollar Jew companies can you support true communism. Being self-employed makes you a petit bourgeoisie. It's amazing how if you lay bare any of these post-enlightenment ideologies, they're all only really beneficial to one particular group of people.

Behold the petit bourgeoisie!

Brave Socialist Worker

This is why Mao sent the insufferable urban youths to the rural farms to "cool off"after the revolution. Mao made a mistake by not lining these fuckers up and shooting them after they dug their own graves.

The GiveSendGo is down.

I've always been on the side of the truckers, but last night and today, I've been getting kind of worried about this Emergency Act thing and the possibility of more intervention from armed forces since you guys were dooming so hard. I'll get down to the bottom of this and share my thoughts soon...

So, there has been a lot of posting along the lines of "I'm a Red-State American, and I wish we could do a Trucker Blockade like this!" As has been pointed out many times in this thread, a Tucker Convoy to DC or New York would be ineffective at best and actively detrimental at worst due to a myriad of reasons.

However there is something you can do, that is quite possibly more effective in reaching the levers of power. In many states the mid-term primaries are going on, these determine who gets put on the ticket for each party in the mid-term general election. If you have complained about how the Republicans are Democrats with a paint job, this is the time to try to fix that.

You don't just want to look at your Federal primaries either, as the federal primaries are probably the least important now. Look at the State and Local level candidates. I can guarantee you that you will have at least a handful of truly decent candidates if you look. These local and state legislature primaries are decided by merely dozens of votes in many cases.

To give a bit of a taste here is my state of Texas:

Here in Texas we are trying to primary Governor Abbot from the right, as he has been really damn RINO despite what his campaign adverts, and national media friends say. He hasn't called in the legislature to ban business mandates and his shitty executive order has no teeth and is not being enforced. We still have people being fired for not getting the jab here in Texas because Abbot is getting paid off and won't move to ban the practice. There are other reasons to want him out, but that should suffice it for now. Vote Don Huffines, or Allen West for governor. Both would be far better, and both have a decent chance of winning. But the race is probably heading to a run-off if the right wing turns out.

In addition we have the leader of the Texas Nationalist Movement Daniel Miller running for Lt. Gov. He has a really good shot at winning, and having an outright Secessionist in arguably the most powerful position in the Texas government is a very good thing indeed. If you want to nullify federal overreach, Miller is the one to vote for. It's a crowded race with a couple other decent candidates, but Miller is where I have my money.

There are many other races for various other positions. But a race that should not be ignored is the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Texas has two supreme courts, and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals is arguably more important. Both courts have an elected membership. Vote for Clint Morgan for Texas CCA. Scott Walker is an assclown who decided that the A.G. couldn't prosecute voter fraud despite being explicitly given the power by the Texas Legislature.

Now if you live in a blue state.... I guess try something very local if your local politics aren't fucked too. However, odds are "voting your way out" won't even have the veneer of being viable. But things like the latest Virginia election can happen for moderately blue states, so take a couple of hours to put the effort in, just don't get too invested in the idea of winning.

Sorry for the wall of text.
TL:DR Primary season = RINO season, go hunting.
