Maybe she's pregnant now, but more like 4 months rather than 7. Explains why she's not showing. They'll refuse to show the baby "to protect its privacy" but after a few months Ralph will relent with a picture to satisfy the fans/own the aylawgs. Baby will look younger than it's supposed to and they'll claim it's just an older picture.

Some food for thought: the earliest someone can get pregnant again after a miscarriage is roughly 2 weeks, though other sources I've seen online place the timeframe at 3 months to make sure the uterus has properly healed and normal menstrual cycles have resumed. So that gap would have to be taken into consideration.
