Something is fucking odd about this, I've lived in kentucky my entire life. it's too much for a crack shack.. like 20k too much. But then again home prices are really REALLY fucky lately. My dad and step mom bought a place for 105k and it's already went up to 140k..
Wish we had houses for that cheap in Ontario. Even bumfuck rural Ontario where the only jobs are retail wagie work, seedy nursing homes, and maybe one skilled trades shop houses like that don’t go for less than 350-400k

I will give my congrats though, a home purchase is usually the biggest purchase in someones life, the second largest being a car. One thing I noticed about Beardson is that when he gets cornered like this he just brushes it off and says "you got me" then acts like he won the argument or debate. Dude can't face his own hypocrisy because he knows the majority of drama within AF and between AF/other groups is down to him. Not to let Nick off the hook either because he clearly loves it and benefitted from it back in 2018 when he was playing his dumb optics game. He also lied about the gamer footage from being 3-4 years ago when there were clips as early as November (credit to @gaystoner for dealing with this hobbit in large doses)

That's outside a city too, so it's a bit more pricey that you'd see out in the rural areas.. Sorry for the sidetrack here, just seen somethign weird and wasn't sure what was up.. Where he lives looks like run down industrial shit, within walking distances to the river though, and probably a few nice parks. Funnily enough he has what appears to be a mosque within a block or two.
