Jaron Seth Bloshinsky / Jazz Jennings / I Am Jazz - Puberty Blockers: Not Even Once

Ironically since the content comes from transgenders the entire musuem is a mix of "that makes sense" to "medical horror" to "narcissim" to "unadulterated autism".

It's a nice message but this doesn't belong in a museum. Also, if you dress like this, you're a tosser.

No thoughts other than what a bad photo.

Art and autism.

If your museum is ran by the people and the people are autists, socially awkward, narcissits, fetishest, and so forth, then you're pretty much doomed to have what they like, and what they like isn't always... painting you in a good light, to say the least.
I would prefer teenage girls dressing like that Hello Kitty than this troon fad bullshit that's happening these days.

Something tells me that Jazz would use a more recent selfie. No one likes being fat, but Jazz enjoys choosing how he looks, i.e. he'd rather place a photo of himself in low make up - if any - in a slightly more flower child outfit since he really is into the granola natural scene. Displaying his tits from his skinny days is a social media marketer's move.

It's weird to say he wants to be au naturale but I think Jazz genuinely enjoys presenting as a down to earth nature loving person. It's a shame he couldn't have gone to CA to be around more mild granola people like himself.

???

I mean it doesn’t really matter but in what fucking way is Jazz “granola” lmao? Because he likes tie dye? What affinity has Jazz ever shown for nature? The environment? Animals? Literally anything other than himself and trannies?

He’s a fat fuck who lives on a diet of fast food and seems content to spend all day inside his gross, air-conditioned hoarder hovel. Maybe a trip to the beach or the suspiciously green family pool at best. He’s interning for a plastic surgeon. He takes 16 pills a day. Fame whore family.

There’s just absolutely nothing “granola” or natural about Jazz or the Jennings family. Floridian Jews who are artificial in just about every sense of that word.

Jazz doesn’t wear a lot of makeup and dresses frumpily because he’s lazy and isn’t really interested in femininity or self-care. It’s not like it’s a conscious decision to be “au natural.” But a shapeless muumuu dress is much easier than finding properly fitted clothes for a fat linebacker build.

I might describe Jazz as “simple” but liking tie dye doesn’t make you a flower child.

Funnily enough it transpires that it's not actually a museum.

The Brighton Museum felt it wasn't being inclusive enough so it put out a community consultation in 2017 (the 50th anniversary of homosexuality being decriminalised in England) to ask for suggestions on LGBT displays, entitled "Be Bold". EJ Scott, FTM associate lecturer at the London College of Fashion had become obsessed with documenting his transition journey and was able to get the OK to use the LCF exhibition space for his pet project, and so pitched it to Brighton too. The exhibition was then held in a side room in the Brighton Museum from June 2017 - January 2020.

(You'll note that transology has little to do with the decriminalisation of homosexuality, and EJ Scott is dismissive of any link in interview - "Whilst we might be celebrating the 50 year anniversary of the partial decriminalisation of homosexuality in Britain and Wales, we are 50 years behind in the progress towards trans rights.")

It's now in the Bishopsgate Institute in archive (which archives everything from the private letters of a Victorian family to the financial records of a 1970s housing cooperative for historical researchers). Given the Bishopsgate Institute is generally reference only, it's pretty likely the "Museum" of Transology will never be exhibited again.

However, IF jazz wasn’t lazy that would be the look and aesthetic he’d be going for. If he was allowed to have a personality, he’d probably be a hipster

I agree; he considered himself an artist back when he actually did things. Pomona might have revived some of those old ambitions...

The mermaid tail in the Natural History Museum parallels this. An exhibit about girlhood (womanhood reduced to infantilism, nice) and it features a little boy who was told he could be a girl, and has to militantly push this the rest of his mutilated life. Telling trannies they magically can become their True and Honest gender is like telling a kid they can be a real mermaid when they grow up.
This is going to be like an exhibit on races in the past that the museum will dig up and flog itself over- if we're fucking lucky.

The whole thing is misunderstood feelgood politics that have a large, large disconnect from slogan ("Trans rights are human rights!") to action ("Early onset osteoporosis will keep kids from killing themselves"). It blows, but I'm preaching to the choir.

Please be patient I have autism. :(

He is very much unnatural but going into the natural movement is trendy, feelgood, and lets him do less so it's the closest you could put him into aside from "pseudo left traaaaaans". It's hard to grasp if he even has a personality tbh.

I do believe he would still not put that picture up though: he doesn't have much of a sex drive, he'd just choose something of him smiling with nice hair.

Feel bad for the scientist digging up the collection in 20-30 years time and coming across that autogynosmile jumpscare and wondering what the fuck this shit is. Hell, feel bad for anyone in the near future see accidentally seeing it.

It might be an interesting collection in 20 years, honestly. If someone ever bothers to try and check on the donators and seeing what happened to them, it would be one hell of a ride.

Its actually fantastic to have in archive. It has the horror and fascination of a contemporary advertisement for lobotomy, but where men are called brave and inspiring in their becoming of horrible sexist stereotypes, and an identity subsumed by nefarious 24/7 'oppression' watch

Honestly this shit is just sexist. Wearing dresses and being a silly gorl does not make you female.
(It seems like 99% of the public face of trans women are just aggressive autogynophiles)

With the nature of media changing so much, it's going to be interesting who is assigned the role of villain/victim. I'm anticipating a castrated Bowers sitting on a couch, dressed like a man once again, eyes as wide as those ugly slits in his head will allow, saying, "We were ALL fooled."

Speaking of statistics... The risk of suicide increases AFTER the surgery.
Back at least in 2010 the narrative in trans communities online was that surgery decreased suicide. There was a study they would occasionally share to back themselves up. The study is very small and has issues, though. I'm sure they still believe surgery decreases the risk based on the reddit transgender subs' messaging.
The governor of Illinois (J.B. Pritzker) has a tranny, billionaire cousin, Jennifer Pritzker.

People may take issue with the source but I have yet to find a better article about the Pritzkers profiting from and perpetuating the transgender fad/movement.
Or, Rogaine and plugs Sander arc? Full of emotion about how society/social media puts pressure on men to look good and to be his true dander self (to crib from Exulansic) he needs to go on a hair journey. Or he could borrow Jazz's Sparkles wigs.

I do not see Sander accepting losing his hair, he knows it's all he's got.
Estrogen stops hair loss. Sander Trander arc must happen soon to save his hair. :suffering:
This is an American acronym - BIPOC is "Black Indigenous People of Colour". Black people and Indigenous people get special letters of their own (kinda like how there's extra stripes on the Pride flag now) - "BIPOC emphasises the two groups who face the greatest discrimination and long history of oppression in the US context: Black and Indigenous people".
When influencers introduced this term they made it clear the B had to be up front because blacks are a priority and lumping them into "people of color" wasn't good enough.

In my opinion I feel like we should let kids be kids, until they are 16-18 when they can figure out who they really are and not shit like "my 2 year old is transgender" had people bash me for my opinion on reddit when i vented about it basically calling me transphobic for saying a 2 year old shouldn't have to worry about gender and sexuality and that kids should be fucking kids

Attention seeking mothers realized that they don't have to pay for years of toddler piano or violin lessons anymore. Just start trooning the kid out, and insurance covers everything.

We really shouldn’t buy into anything a 16-18 year old kid says either. Up until someone is out of college and into the real grown up world, they’re going to buy into any stupid social “norms” and their lives are more emotionally driven rather than logically driven.

According to that documentary, they all believed both puberty blocking and estrogen therapy were entirely reversible should Jaron change his mind.

Wonder who told them THAT?

You're right, but to understand the problem, we need to also understand that this isn't a situation that is exclusive to the trans fad. So many mothers live through their children to the point of exploitation.

Did your kid exhibit a little bit of musical talent? then it's their duty to make them the next Mozart and parade them around like a novelty pet. Then, they were indigo kids. who were basically magical children with special healing powers or something. Then, we moved to autistic kids, where mothers got all the attention and special treatment while bossing others around because of their special kids had special needs. In a more recent times, mothers wanted to show how tolerant they were because they supported their gay kids.

Now is trans kids.

One should be really dense to not notice the pattern.

Their doctor. That's why simply blaming the parents is not enough. And their doctor will say they followed orders of WHO. Just like they all did with the pandemic.
