Not gonna go full doomer just yet because no matter what happens, even if the convoy is broken up, the political, social and economic consequences will be felt in the long-term, and you’re kidding yourself if you think this will be swept under the rug by 2023.

I do consider my country western, and I actually served in the army for it. Don't attack me for being a jew for telling inconvenient things (nevermind that there's no logical connection between me saying that people gladly lose their freedoms for safety, and calling me out for hating westerners. I fully hate the same vacuuous people as Jews).
