I rarely see Uber or Doordashers these days. Like, I was at Chipotle and didn't see orders sitting on their shelves. Which tells me they figured the math of doing a rideshare service is not worth the revenue.

Is it even necessary at this point? The problem here has usually been at the state or municipal level, not the federal level unlike in Canada (granted, this wasn't for lack of trying on Biden's behalf with that tyrannical OSHA mandate power-grab).

It would be more effective and necessary to do this in California or New York imo. Besides, if you do it at the state level instead of say DC, you might (emphasis added) be able to avoid getting the FBI involved.

I spent $16 on a pack of cigarettes yesterday. The cashier sounded apologetic when she told me the price. My usual spot has my brand at $12.50 at the moment and that's cheap for my area. Fucking insanity.

Sometimes I forget how tobacco oriented the NC/VA area is lol when I was smoking prerolled cigs ~$4 was the norm and a lot of the time Bi-Lo or other local stores would have Winstons or some other local produced brand on discount for $2-3 a pack. These days when I smoke I stick to rolling my own with some stokkebyes but even that's just $10 a bag.
