Plagued /vt/ and related vtuber lunacy - Touhou brony console wars

I'd like to see more on western vtuber's personal lives. Weeb girls are a group I'm not very familiar with, so I wonder what kind of antics they get up to.

In other news, Nyanners just went on Ironmouse's stream to announce that TungstenRat is the most popular female streamer by hours watched. This shit is crazy, yo.
Think about it
Streams: Popular with losers
Parasocial Relationships: Popular with losers
Anime: Popular with losers

I can't say for certain since I don't follow any vtubers myself, just know about them through osmosis from some buddies who are into it. But I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's probably a lot more catty than people are expecting if my experience with weeb girls is anything to go off of.

Women/men that insert themselves in a male/female dominated space tend to hate people who do the same. I've been to a couple 40k tournaments where fights have broken out- every single time, it's two women who are there with their boyfriends or whatever. Can't imagine it gets any better when it's essentially your job.

Apparently there has been a major problem with some girls bullying others in the Nijisanji KR branch, but I don't know the details of it. Management has either stayed hands-off or has been participating in it themselves. In the main thread it's speculated to be one of the reasons Nijisanji is bringing management of their KR and ID branches more directly under the JP HQ rather than leaving it up to regional managers.

At least according to everything we've seen from the outside, the HoloEN 1 girls seem to legitimately get along well with each other, which is great considering the enormous pressure on their shoulders from basically spearheading the entire industry/fandom's thrust into the English-speaking Internet. Behind the scenes, though, who knows…

thank you so much for supporting “hololive production” on a daily basis.

We would like to notify you that, as of February 24, 2022 (Thursday), we have terminated our Virtual
YouTuber Master Agreement with “Uruha Rushia” who is affiliated with the VTuber group, “hololive,”
that our company manages.

Regarding “Uruha Rushia,” it has been apparent for some time that she has been distributing false
information to third parties and has been leaking information, including communications regarding
business matters. We have been investigating the facts related to these matters.

With respect to the above, we were able to confirm that she engaged in acts that: violated her contract by
leaking information that she acquired from the company as well as communication over SNS, both of
which she has a responsibility to protect; and caused the company to suffer reputational damage, such as
by publicizing falsehoods to various related parties. As a result, we, as a company, have determined that it
has become difficult to continue managing and supporting her and have elected to make this decision.

To all our fans and any related parties, we deeply appreciate all of the great support you have provided
throughout the activities that “Uruha Rushia” has engaged in over a period of 2 years and 7 months since
her debut as part of the third generation of “hololive.” We deeply apologize from the bottom of our hearts
that we have ended up in a position to have to report this news to you.

Regarding any refunds related to “Uruha Rushia” birthday merchandise for which we have accepted
orders, we will notify you of the details in the respective sales websites and such going forward. We
appreciate your patience.

Also, we will be shutting down this talent’s YouTube channel and membership as of around the end of
March.

Please understand that we are taking this matter very seriously. We intend to put further efforts into
instructing the talents that are affiliated with us on compliance matters so that similar incidents do not
happen again in the future.

We hope that you will continue supporting and enjoying our company as well as the talents that are
affiliated with us.

Thank you very much.

Just me laughing at all those who were on mega cope mode that there would be no repercussions for this "scandal". I think it's dumb that this broad lost her livelihood over something so trivial but everyone knows the second you are "unavailable" as an idol you might as well be taken out back and shot.

Cover has an easy out as it seems from the remarks made by her coworkers that they agree with the ruling.

I'd honestly love to get the full tea but doubtful it would ever be revealed if these girls want to keep their jobs. And I don't know if I am being ignorant but I'm assuming they have signed some pretty intense NDAs.
