Chinks will never step foot in Siberia...in the same manner NATO tanks will never be near Moscow. 5000+ Nukes promise this.

Chinks already own several Crimea sized parcels of Siberia on long term (50 years) leases and have been clear cutting large swaths of land. Also own water rights for Baikal water and bottle it. Russia has visa-less agreement for Chinese tourists. Lake Baikal is a very popular place for real estate purchases. Some places Russians are minority, and by Russians I don't only mean white slavs, but the natives to the lands.

Siberia would also be a lot of work to take one of the worlds biggest expanses of nothingness against the insane people who live there.

no one lives there. Once you put some distance between the rail road, there is no one. Like hundreds of kilometers out. I don't think people can comprehend how one would even fight for it. But you can get it cheap. Labor is dirt cheap as well. In fact North Korea sends a lot of slaves who work in Russia cutting timber and live in their slave camps. There are a bunch of documentaries in English about it too.

Absolute Theatre.

China knows what Russia about to do and is going to look the other way. China wont participate in any UNSCOM shenanigan's that have sanctions or anything else.

Donestk at 4:00am...shits popping

Sounds like thunder. Slight PL, but my dad had a neighbor in his block -when he was a kid- whose grandpa came from Italy in the '40s. He said that every time, without fail, he'd burst into uncontrollable crying out of sheer terror, every time there was a thunderstorm.

I just don't think China wants to pick sides here, as with India.

There is the conspiracy theory China wants to make a move for Taiwan, but not showing their hand would play into that.

I think the Chinese want to be tight lipped about the situation, and trade with both sides, they've other projects they're on.

China's not in any strategic position to deal with Taiwan, even if they knew they'd only be dealing with split US attention. Its not a matter of determination, its a matter of the needed manpower not being present on the coast, and drawing it would force them to seriously weaken hostile borders with entities like India, would take months, and wouldn't solve the additional issues of the Chinese Navy not having the capacity to lift or supply enough troops for an opposed landing operation.

China doesn't want to pick sides because they don't really care. Their geopolitical focus is elsewhere, and as long as this doesn't end with the collapse of Russia or a global nuclear war (Both incredibly unlikely at any level, period) then they're content to sit on the sidelines. They're just flexing territorial sovereignty because of their continued claims out in their artificial islands, and Taiwan. The usual "China stronk don't fuck with us" type of behavior they do whenever anything happens in the world.

Legacy media makes it sound like l33t Russian hackers can send some uber nano virus or something that can shut everything down. You wont even be able to buy groceries or start your car.

I am skeptical, because they tend to blame everything on Russian Hackers...its been a thing since 2016.

The only thing I ever see Russian Hackers do is steal crypto out of /Biz on an almost daily basis and post stupid shit on twitter.
The worst thing that could probably be done, and likely still with ease is the disabling of US public utilities like certain internet connected power stations, maybe water treatment plants. But the most that was done with something like STUXNET was disabling these for a few days. Yet again that was just a test on a single one.

I bought puts on the stock market out to June 17th. over 500 contracts at a pretty low strike price. If the sort of happening occurs I think will happen, Ill be a millionaire..as each contract was maybe $60. The thought occurred to me that I wouldn't be able to sell because of Cyber attacks.

Should I set a SELL-CLOSE limit order and let it ride?

I wonder if what the Legacy media is saying is true, that Russian hackers can and will bring down everything. They didn't seem all that effective attacking Ukraine the other day, a few Banks went dark for a couple hours and that was it.
Russian hackers don't give a shit about personal computers. Why should they care about your porn and vidya?
It's the corporate computers that are actually at risk.

And if you're worried about an EMP, at that point you'd be left with a useless chunk of electronics regardless of whether or not it is fried. Civilization would take decades to get back to "let's try connecting computers with each other into a network" levels of technology.

Is anyone familiar with this guy? I've noticed his Telegram being shared by pro-Russian channels, and he comes off a bit too much like an RT anchor. For a guy named "Patrick Lancaster", he sure makes a lot of grammatical errors (both in writing and speaking) that are those a native Russian speaker would, like dropping his "the"s. I also get the sense that he's laying on the American accent as thick as possible when he pronounces Russian names.

Russian forces deployed to Belarus due to military exercises are to remain there even AFTER exercises, said some guy working for potato king. Belarus slowly becomes Belarus Region of Russian Federation lol, though with Luka you can never be sure. Before that russki claimed that they will leave Belarus, but believing russians is an old joke.

Lugansk' telecom operator claimed that there can be troubles with internet connections in LNR because "mobilisation". Soon after they deleted the message, however the IT channels in Rus expect a complete shutdown there if the shit gets heated.

Russian autistic deputy Fedorov suggested that accomodation of Russians who dies from COVID should be given to "refugees".

We have already seen a map with arros about Russian invasion, so here is another map with arrow about Ukrainian invasion showed by "Police of DNR", text

PS - if you wanna read something more or less informative and real about the situation (without lulz) and get a glimpse of what happens in old grey heads in Kremlin, I reccomend reading what ECHO's chief editor Venediktov aka Venik says. He is a decent piece of shit, however he is also a very well informed piece of shit with real takes and prognoses that more often then not appear to be true. Just G-Translate his intervies such as this, imo from the Russian side it is one of the most real accurate commentators of this WAAAGH.

EMP isn’t some off switch to caveman times

The effectiveness of EMP as a weapon is exponentially overrated.

It’s basically a dues ex machina device for sci fi stories. The reality is that it is highly localized and temporary. All military and most industrial stuff is hardened against it unless it occurs directly overhead. If you are actually suffering effects of EMP, you’re already in the blast zone.

The hilarious part of that map is that it names "Donetsk People's Republic" something that ukrops never call it, especially officially. It's also in Russian to make sure that Russian speaking audience can read it.

Meanwhile Ukraine is experiencing a plywood shortage.

From what I hear on another forum, all Kiev and area stores ammo prices are up 100%, all guns gone, all body armor gone. There are unreal lines to sign up for a gun range/club.

Gun ownership in Kiev (2.5mil) is officially over 300k and that's just rifled barrels (smoothbores are another category) Suppressors don't need no NFA stamps.

Yeah of my grandmothers cursed allied nations whenever came on tv.

The other banned baloons and other loud noises from her home, as they reminded her of allied bombs.

Guess ((They)) want a war but Benevolent Bugmen are saying "Nope" . We need a photoshop with the doberman as nigger and jew holding the leash, but with an opposing picture with a slav being leashed by a chink, barking at each other.
