Canadian Truckers Convoy 2022 - The Leaf calls you a Nazi as he gasses you

He also said that when the cops say it's time to go home, you go home.
I’ve been watching a lot of Audit the Audit. It’s disturbing to watch some of the cops freak out when somebody refuses to obey an arbitrary, capricious illegal order. Even if they find out it’s an illegal order they still say “well you should do what I tell you do and sort that out later”. They expect blind obedience even in the case of extra-legal orders or illegal detainment and get pissed off if they don’t get it. If they unquestionably have the letter of the law on their side they wouldn’t even have to think once.

>take a knee for fentanyl floyd protestors that literally want you dead
>ride horses over conservatives that have been on the "we love our cops, our law enforcement" meme for years

Are cops literally the biggest retards ever?
I never understood the back the blue nonsense. Other than a way to say you don't want anarchy or that you don't want your political opponents to defund the police and create a new law enforcement agency that would be 20x worse. Thing is, they don't even have to get rid of the old law enforcement, they just have to create new standards and and take in people with the same ideological bent. That's what the right should've been working on instead pointless platitudes. Getting into public offices so that that they can set the standards for the cops would have been a better direction. But conservatives tend to bitch and never take action until it's far to late like we see in Canada now. How many of those cops do you think were brought on becasue they held "correct" opinions and not based on merit.

Given how it seems that the Ottawa crackdown has actually emboldened even more people to protest, this might spread beyond simply the truckers.

This many people came out and protested in the middle of winter in canada. Summer is going to be lit if they continue to tighten their grip.

A lot of the time it's because they don't know every law off the top of their heads, especially if their main job is traffic. There's just so many laws on the books that it's impossible to know every one which is part of why they're given such broad discretion.

Honestly I think everyone should rewatch the Ukrain riot footage of 2013/2014 and the euro maiden protests as well as the subsequent civil conflict that occurred. Geopolitics and powers that be aside this is a good way to gauge what to look for when a protest goes from a riot looting/flipping cars to spiralling a country out of control. Because what began as a small protest in November ended up spiraling into a civil conflict in 6 months.

""collided with"" as the new police chief said lol
Gently booped the horse

Vet flipping out (in a good way) on the cops:

I like his angle actually. Asking them what medals they'll get for this.
Booped by a horse shoe while protestors are pinned to the ground very gentle boop from a beast which weigh few hundred pounds veery gentle boop indeed.

Theres a been a couple of threads saying the truckers gave up on pol, are they just pulling my chain?

Please tell me its not true
The remaining truckers (as in the semis) have regrouped outside of Ottawa.
There are lots of foot protesters still in the city.
Like a hydra the honkening lives on in BC and Quebec (so far) and the regular protests in cities are getting bigger every week

So it depends on your definition of "gave up". I prefer to think of this as Phase 2

Are they going back to Ottawa? It doesn't really have the same effect if they're not in Trudeau's face.
