Watching that video of the Iconic Cafe really put this into perspective for me. I'm more than disgusted.

Growing up in a country where martial law, checkpoints, curfews were enacted as a result of actual terrorists who blew shit up all the time, never in a million years would I have believed café owners would be at risk for serving coffee to people honking horns. Add to that the treatment of the person saying they just wanted a coffee...

I meant to say "it's possible" but my phone ate it and I lack editing privileges so oh well. Anyways, it's probably unconstitutional because the constitution itself set limits on who can be elected to Congress and any additional ones might need to be imposed via amendment.
