I've never seen a bigger disaster of an interview. The closest equivilent would be when Stone Cold Steve Austin interviewed Dean Ambrose and Ambrose just uhmed and ahhed through the whole thing. Sounding disinterested the entire time. It's actually a really similar thing to what happened with Calli. I even remember a few /vt/ and /pw/ memes from about the same time HolofightZ got popular.
"Give me something to work with Rushia, did you or did you not have relations with that twink"
But don't you see? The idol culture is retarded and the root of everything wrong in Japanese culture. Every VTubers has to be like your traditional streamers, with backstabbing and manipulation, so that we can have a feeling of a "real friends"and not an filthy "idol"
That's what anti-idol faggots are saying, and that's what anti-idol faggots want
I'm not really sure why would Kiara and Pomu collabing (both of whom clearly want it) suddenly burst an idol bubble, if anything the Vshojo collab was more likely to do that. It's not even like Holo is the standard type of idols (I know, Yagoo comparing them to AKB48 and all, but it seemed pretty early into Holo's existence); they've already stated multiple times that their definition of idols is about more than just seiso and shit (partially due to the "haha Yagoo's dream dead xDDD" thing being run into the fucking ground).
Personally, I don't really like idols because the industry feels like everyone's just the same cutesy factory-made seiso designed to leech money out of fat sweaty nerds, and even anti-idol groups like Kamen Joshi/Babymetal/BiS feel similar (with possible exceptions from the last). I have a friend who explained it to me though, and I think I can at least understand people who like idols, and I just don't follow idols because I'm not into J-pop. Most of the hate honestly seems to come from only seeing the negatives, like whenever a black company exploits its talent, or some gachikoi does the same retarded shit any fandom's extremists does.
New Nijinsaji wave incoming

They do tend to tweet something similar close to a wave announcement, so it might be good to brace for impact. I did expect them to maybe ride Luxiem just a bit longer, so it's about a month or two earlier than I expected. No new auditions, so presumably they grabbed people from a previous audition or two. Are there any suspects that graduated a PL, likely within the last month or two? I can't really think of any particular indies.
...either that, or they just used that pattern to trick people and instead were hyping another episode of NijiEN's specialized torture, NIJIScenario.
Whichever boomer in EN's management thinks this is funny enough to continue putting employees and viewers through could probably use a Nuremberg trial. Granted, this one at least isn't total suffering. At times it feels like it understands the characters and is more than just a generic script, plus it memes on Oliver and Tazumi too. Far cry from the absolute agony of Selen reading through a completely unfitting script, but still, what the hell is the point of this?
