Hate to break it to you but that slavic dudes machine doesn't actually work the way he shows in the video, it really only works if the target is right next to the emitter or whatever it's called. If my dad was alive he'd probably know a bunch of ways to fuck with those kindsa things. Wish I could. But history has shown time and time again, when people flee a country in distress, it just gets worse, and the refugees in the new land are little more than disastrously burdensome political weapons. I've been saying for 15 years that the people of countries in turmoil must stay and make their lands safe, and I'm not going to drop that principle now.
