How ill informed is this retard. The UN lacks an air force and it isn't like you would be tangling with some 3rd world regime. The Russian Air Force is no joke, and combined with their GBAD systems, pose a threat to every airforce on the planet.
He wants aircraft or GBAD systems which are not deployed in theatre - and therefore out of range - to be able to immediately prevent any use of air assets against one of the largest airforces in the world, with highly accurate S400/S300 systems within range just across the border with Russia. How exactly?
