Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

Oh my fucking god. I leave for a few hours and this nigger got banned AGAIN? How is anyone supposed to keep track of all this content? Fatrick, I have a job - you can’t keep bringing this much entertainment in one day.

Also, If Moon-Face actually called for war as soon as he got his account back then immediately got suspended, we are officially in entertainment overload and I’m not sure I can handle it.

Is this $15K he’s dished out to Twitter now? Fatrick, are you getting more pedo money or have you resorted to pulling tricks behind a gay bar to pay for this?
he isn't paying 5k every time he gets banned. He's apparently hooked up to project guardian thru some tranny janny, however this may not save his fat rear in the long run

If I had to make a guess, people are going through his old tweets and mass reporting.
I remember reading several months back on the O&A that people had been searching for problem tweets to report and posting links for everyone to do so. Most people didn't get even a courtesy "thanks for your report..." so there was a feeling Twitter had shut down even reporting the fat cunt. But, if there are hundreds/thousands of backlogged, ignored reports of him threatening to punch teeth out and boasting about raping your mom it's possible someone might start looking into this guy who got banned multiple times in one day for doxxing someone and feel like they need to take it seriously.

I'm sure the fat bitch will be back but it's fucking hilarious imagining him puffing his fat tits out thinking he's won only to find himself banned again and again.

Call me crazy but I think this one is going to finally stick. Mad props to @Null for pinning the announcement. I think the reason they unsuspended his account so many times is that Twitter doesn't want to funnel more money/resources to their legal department, so they said "whatever, just give him his account back, who cares". However now that it's public knowledge that he basically paid $5k+ to get his account back, Twitter definitely does not want their legal department dealing with hordes of fat faggots with legal notices eating up their billable hours. There's also the negative PR that comes with people basically paying absurd amounts of money to circumvent the ban appeal process.
I think Fatrick's current problem is much nerdlier and of Fatrick's own making.

Let us assume that Twitter keeps all tweets in the database regardless of deletion status.

Rascals complain about bannable conduct en masse. A Twitter safety comrade out of many will eventually pull up Fatrick's clearly bannable tweet through the employee console they can shadowban you with and not notice that the tweet is deleted. Fatrick appeals, waits for the appeal queue to be cleared and his turn comes up. Appeals agent goes "oh yeah, he deleted that one" and restores the account. Rascals immediately mass report Fatrick until someone hits the incompetent safety comrade lottery again. This could go on for days until someone thinks to get a supervisor involved

The one thing I've noticed that is different from the previous four bans is that nobody has taken credit for getting him banned yet. Usually after a banning someone posts on the OnAForums with a communication from twitter to be congratulated, this hasn't happened yet.

Edit: And right after I posted, a couple of the pests posted their trophies:

Why would anyone pay thousands for a Twitter account? Does this fat idiot not know you can make a throwaway Twitter, with a legitimate phone number, for as low as $2 using one of those Mint Mobile trial kits at Target?
Because he would have to start from scratch. About 5 years ago he had a "viral" tweet, which is where he got the vast majority of his "legitimate" followers. He also bought many. For the past year and some change, he has been steadily bleeding followers. If he started from scratch, he'd gain a couple hundred ballwashers and nothing else. He'd also get banned for ban evasion.
