Call me crazy but I think this one is going to finally stick. Mad props to
@Null for pinning the announcement. I think the reason they unsuspended his account so many times is that Twitter doesn't want to funnel more money/resources to their legal department, so they said "whatever, just give him his account back, who cares". However now that it's public knowledge that he basically paid $5k+ to get his account back, Twitter definitely does not want their legal department dealing with hordes of fat faggots with legal notices eating up their billable hours. There's also the negative PR that comes with people basically paying absurd amounts of money to circumvent the ban appeal process.
