The bright side of HRT is that it apparently renders the person infertile, though I'm sure exceptions exist (sadly). So I'd think most transsexuals will never let their genes go beyond their generation, though that won't stop them from adopting kids and bringing them into the fold. The point of this post is something I've said here before, but it's always sexual, no matter if they do it all the time or just two hours a day.
