Man, I can agree with China, but Russia is not a first rate power by any means. If only you don't measure "power" by amount of nukes, but in this case Russia has nothing to do with it, it is all thanks to the USSR. The only Russian power that really exists is that it is extremly bold and and can larp as an empire pretty well. There is a word in Russian "gopnik" which means a thug who attacks weaker for money and out of being too coward to attack anyone stronger. Typically you are not afraid of gopnik, you simply don't want to engage. Pootin doesn't care about its population because he doesn't need to care about being elected.
