Elden Ring

Don't think I've seen reviews this high since Breath Of The Wild and Red Dead Redemption 2.

It does make me pretty intrigued, I gotta say. Especially since many of them are saying it feels inspired by BOTW. That is my favorite game of the past decade, so anything that feels like it is always something for me to keep an eye on. XD

I hope the Jew Zealand trick works for this shit. If it does I'm gonna be playing in just a few hours.
 
I'm pretty interested in this game because of the open world aspect even though I never really gave too much effort to get into any (3d) souls-like games. Because of that reason, I am hesitant to drop the full price on it in case it's not to my tastes... I wish I would have tried that network test. If there's no other kind of demo I might have to pirate it and then buy it officially if I get into it.
 
So I pre-ordered just as it was about to be 16 hours, how fucked am I?

I have heard about xbox and new zealand but I am very confused since I thought the game would unlock at the same time worldwide, could you explain?

If a game has a universal unlock time, meaning for example it unlocks on the 25th at the local time for each country you can play games early. So for example if you're in PST zone and you change your console location to New Zealand the game unlocks like 22 hours early for you since it unlocks midnight NZST. So it will be unlocking in about 4 hours.
 
Man I went from not interested to fucking HYPE once I saw how wonderful the world looks. I’ve been wanting a great big open world that’s going to kick my ass until I can make my way through it without getting into Skyrim for the 294829th time so I’m waiting for midnight with bated breath. I probably wouldn’t be as interested if I hadn’t read Berserk ngl but now I’m ready to fucking GO.

If faith is as op as y’all are saying I probably might go confessor, but I’m unsure because I haven’t played a soulsborne game before tbh. I did see that vagabond seems pretty solid though.
