Oh no, they're back, and they're the single craziest hasidic sect imaginable (search "Eliezer Berland"). I posted a while ago that they requested weapons from the Ukrainian military for "self-defense". The annual pilgrimage on Rosh Hashanah draws tens of thousands, and there's a small community of a couple hundred people that lives there year round.
Eliezer Berland (born December 26, 1937) is an Israeli Orthodox Jewish rabbi, convicted sex offender and fraudster affiliated with the Breslov Hasidic movement in Israel.
defenders of Berland have excused his behavior, even publishing books, claiming it is permitted for a Tzaddik [saint] to perform sins.
Breslov is a branch of Hasidic Judaism founded by Rebbe Nachman of Breslov (1772–1810), a great-grandson of the Baal Shem Tov,
Baal Shem Tov was a Jewish mystic and healer from Poland who is regarded as the founder of Hasidic Judaism.
Misnagdim was a religious movement among the Jews of Eastern Europe which resisted the rise of Hasidism.
Most of the changes [to Judaism] made by the Hasidim were the product of the Hasidic approach to Kabbalah, particularly as expressed by Rabbi Isaac Luria (1534–1572), known as "the ARI" and his disciples, particularly Rabbi Chaim Vital (1543–1620). Both Misnagdim and hassidim were greatly influenced by the ARI, but the legalistic Misnagdim feared in Hasidism what they perceived as disturbing parallels to the Sabatean movement. An example of such an idea was the concept that the entire universe is completely nullified to God. Depending on how this idea was preached and interpreted, it could give rise to pantheism, universally acknowledged as a heresy, or lead to immoral behavior, since elements of Kabbalah can be misconstrued to de-emphasize ritual and to glorify sexual metaphors as a deeper means of grasping some inner hidden notions in the Torah based on the Jews' intimate relationship with God. If God is present in everything, and if divinity is to be grasped in erotic terms, then—Misnagdim feared—Hasidim might feel justified in neglecting legal distinctions between the holy and the profane, and in engaging in inappropriate sexual activities.
Rabbi Berland is just elevating the sparks from the shells you fucking bigot.

“Blessed are you, Lord our G-d, King of the Universe, who makes the forbidden things possible.” -Sabbatai Zevi

That’s called deserting and the traditional punishment would be conscription by the Romanian military.

Guys, I really hope Biden doesn’t send nukes at Russia. How tf am I supposed to sleep now?
Easy: climb into an old fridge. You'll be more than safe. There might even be margarine in there too...

I count 20, which is Russian doctrine for a helicopter squadron. They look to be Mi-24s, the famous Hind, though trying to determine the specific version is going to be hell. In addition to the firepower, that's also potentially a company of airmobile infantry, if they're doing the old Vietnam "raze the drop zone and set the troops down". I'm inclined to lean towards this possibility, since we only see a few firing off rockets, while the follow-ons could be carrying the troops once they're certain they're not going to get shot down.
I don't see any Hinds in these air assault videos, only Mi-8's and KA-52's. Bit too grainy to see if the Mi-8's, which are largely for troop transport, have rocket pods on them or not.

Watching the NATO speech where they are posturing hard and saying absolutely nothing. Fun stuff; also where do I sign up to shelter poor slavic refugee girls?

What's the current bets on Xinnie the Pooh getting frisky on Taiwan now that see Brandon isn't doing shit against Russia?

Edit: Also decent stream of an Aus lad parsing through all the mis-info https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NwXe7IANPL0

Shitposting aside, I don't know how a lot of people can be so misinformed on this, only getting their info from mainstream media? Russia has one one of the most well drilled and sophisticated armies in the world. Even taking nukes out of the equation, thinking the US/NATO could just roll up and fuck them up without resistance is silly. You're not dealing with a bunch or Iraqis with second hand Soviet era hardware.
Mainstream media, mainly. The BBC chats shit about Russia all the time, and most of the public have no idea that Russia is completely unstoppable in ground ops. I try to show them this, mathematically, pointing out that Russia's tank fleet is ten times the size of all European countries combined (or a similar ratio). It's like trying to headbutt a swinging sledgehammer, it's unwise and outright suicidal for anybody to try to fight Russia on the ground. Diplomacy, air campaigns or economic shit, maybe, and in this situation, Ukraine might be able to wriggle themselves into a tactical position - if they hold out enough for Russia to tire itself out, they could negotiate.

But in Western countries - they're inundated with "NIGGERS ARE OUR STRENGTH" and delusional, corrupt politicians. They have no idea that Russia is one of the largest countries on the planet with modern military hardware which can achieve parity with our own equipment - and they have a lot more of it.

Like - it's easy enough to make fun of them because they love trannies and faggots, but in reality, they are putting your young men directly at the barrel of an 80 ton tank and telling you he'll be fine.

This VK group (MilInfoLive) is constantly posting more, and any politisperging isn't intelligible if you don't read Russian. UI is partially in English, too. The War Archives Twitter also posts just vids, no politics, is in English, and looks like they're tapped into similar streams, although he's missing stuff MilInfoLive has.
Just want to say mate, thanks for posting in the thread. If anyone just wants to see videos check out this guys latest posts. No need to read the sperging.

Yeah they're Mi-8s but people here are retarded. Twitter says they've been deploying VDV but are being forced off by MANPADS.

Could be, a lot of Russian choppers share similar profiles, and I'm not exactly practiced at picking out their shilouettes in 144p.

They literally wiped out Ukraine's navy and air force in an hour. Do you think the babushkas with Kalashnikovs are going to stop them?
Ukraines Navy and Air Force lol what Navy and Air Force all 20 pieces of it. It's easy to hit all the big targets and level a few buildings, the hard part is sifting through the rubble with a fine tooth comb when you got literal children and grandma conscripts hiding in shelled out buildings with rifles pointed outward.

Was Trump for Ukraine joining NATO? If so, maybe Putin might have proceeded as plan. If not, no.
Ukraine can't join NATO because of Russia's meme hybrid warfare. One of the requirements for joining NATO is having stable borders. Another requirement is not being in an ongoing conflict. Because of Crimea and the Donbass Ukraine legally could not join unless the rules were waived. This is exactly why Russia has been propping up these dudes. They did literally the exact same thing in South Ossetia. This is why Georgia can't join NATO.

I note Biden's Sanctions were aimed at Putin's allies in his state.

I think a strategy would be to force Putin's hand but also entice powerful persons in Russia to perhaps see Putin killed or dethroned to forward their own interests. No doubt Putin is far more powerful than any one man in Russia but he is not as powerful as a mob of recently financially roiled billionaires who may see spending $50 Million per-person to see Putin killed or thrown out and jailed as a better alternative to losing a billion dollars per person.

If you can't breach the fortress, create an insurrection or throw plagued body parts over the wall.
The powerful people in Russia are why Putin is in charge, they want this and they know the sanctions are coming. Putin's not some rogue dictator doing what he pleases, he knows what the oligarchs want and does what the Russian elite wants. If anything he's more moderate on the Ukraine issue among the Russian elite, he actually got shit in Russia in 2014 for not annexing more of eastern Ukraine.
Yes and the U.S. is going to fund them like they did with the bear trap of 1980s Afghanistan. We'll see if the FSB can go do better than the KGB.
They couldn't defeat Afghanistan because it's filled with Mountains and unconquerable territory, the Ukraine is mostly flat, not easy to defend.
