What Video caused you to stop watching a Youtuber?

Honestly, getting the covid shot itself isn't what turns me off of most youtubers. It's when they think they have to force you to get the vaccine or you are an evil anti-science Nazi is when it fucking pisses me off. It's why I stopped watching Bafael, since he thinks he has a "duty" to tell you to get the vaccine (which is fucking experimental and not even tested in a meaningfully rigorous way to work). Like, you're an entertainer and at most you inform me about shit about a game. Stop having these delusions of grandeur that your opinions in fields you aren't an expert in matter. That's why I fucking hate this trend of Youtubers thinking their job is an actual profession instead of a side hussle at best, because it leads to shit like this.

SomecallmeJohnny is guilty of this. atleast he keeps it to the end of the video before he moralfags.

RealLifeLore made a video last year which also shilled Bill Gates and said he was parterning with his organization, and I remember it had a lot of dislikes (including my own).

I didn't give up on the channel yet, because later that year they redeemed themselves by making a video about North Korea and they discussed the tale of a North Korean defector and anti-communist activist to whom leftoids hate (and they even consider her alt-right), so when he praised her and plugged her book in the video it made me respect his channel again.

But her story is full of holes and contradictions. I don't trust any NK defector at this point;

I remember a book I read years ago, Escape From Cap 14, it leave a huge mark on me and I recommended it to anyone I knew. Guess what? Years later it was revealed it was just pure fanfiction. The kid was never imprisoned in the camp, his father was alive and well, he had already escaped NK numerous times, and so on. It was all fucking bullshit.

These so-called defectors, as the tards at A&N say, glow.

You need to understand that not only China but the South Korean government as well, do everything they can to keep North Koreans out of the south, they truly fucking despise them because they are a bunch of worthless illiterates. Now, out of fucking nowhere, some of them pop up in Seul and start to talk horrible things in the most propagandistic matter about North Korea and I'm supposed to believe all this shit?

1) "YouTube is doing a thing where they unsubscribe people from my channel without telling them, so if you see that you're not subscribed please resubscribe..." This shit drives me nuts and I always just unsubscribe.

2) Long autistic deep dives into fair use after they receive a copyright claim. I swear every YouTuber does this and it's just tiresome. I usually unsubscribe during the fair use saga. I won't with Rekieta right now, but I do with others.

3) A lot of times, it's YouTube's fault that I unsubscribe, not the YouTuber's. I'll watch three or four videos on a channel because I like the format and feel of those videos (I basically just like someone talking at me about something interesting, like Null's podcast, for example) but then YouTube will spam me with recommendations from the channel with a bunch of videos that don't fit the format that I like. I'll say "not interested" but this does nothing on YouTube, so you have to actually click, "don't recommend channel" and unsubscribe or else it will clog up your feed.

4) Most YouTubers are terrible and shouldn't have been subscribed to in the first place. Many people get hundreds of thousands of views despite being terrible, they think, "hey this is working," and they keep going with their mediocre content. I watch them only because I have to fill time in my ears while I'm doing something else. I hope that in a few years it will be better, but it's hard to imagine how YouTube could reverse the slide into mediocrity.

5) Too much pets in their videos all of a sudden. Again, they get positive feedback and so they think it doesn't take away from what they're doing. I've unsubscribed from at least five channels because the person got a dog and couldn't shut up about it.

Probably been said already but James Rolf's most recent BTS video where he talks about his current way of making videos and why he has no time. His set up is unbelievably inefficient which is kinds shocking for someone who's been making internet videos for over a decade and a half. It's also obvious that he really doesn't care about making content and just does it now for the money, the passion is completely gone. On top of that he felt the need to dismiss the people who have legitimate criticisms of the more recent videos by calling them "fans of the assholish variety". I assume he's also talking about the Cinnemassicre truth subreddit (which is a cesspool in its own right and it was a big mistake even acknowledging them). I'm just confused as to why James thought it would be a good idea to release the video because it really did hurt my perception of him. It kind of reminds me of when he did the infamous video of him explaining why he wasn't going to see the 2016 Ghostbusters. Like I wouldn't give a shit if he reviewed the movie or not but why would you even need to make a video explaining that you don't want to see it; all it'll do is bring negative attention to yourself. Ironically that would've been an appropriate time for him to just lie and say "he had no time" to see it. Overall Cinnemassicre is just boring now, most of the original crew like Bootsy, Kyle and even Mike have left. The BTS video was just the final nail in the coffin for me.
