Well it looks like Everhood has broken Woolie. I haven't watched the full video, but Woolie seems to have ragequit the game and has no intention of returning to it now. Pretty hilarious how the Woolie Way™ has resulted in another bad LP that has satisfied no one.

Minh (or whoever) put up the wrong video. It jumped from part 12 to part 20. It looked like that last battle before he quit was a replay battle from the main menu. I didn't watch all of it though.

Real part 13 is up now. The fact there's 7 more episodes fills me with dread. I'm already over it. Entire 1-2 hour episodes of a single battle and no progress or story or entertainment. I think I have the gist of the game and there's nothing more to be gained from watching more, just 7-14 hours of him struggling to kill every NPC with like no story left. And Woolie is such a Matt style catty bitch about the game and everyone "forcing" him to kill. Starting to feel like Matt's Duke Nukem playthrough where he never STFU about how sexism is bad and offends him.

I might tap out of even skimming through Everhood. I expected the worst thing ever with the FF6 stream, but its the best thing I've seen of his since Indivisible.

OK maybe im an idiot or maybe its because the sub is beyond fucked because from the thread, it seems like any and all opposition about this means youre instantly a transphobe because "how dare you not give your full alliance against us". I can't imagine playing this game on release is a fun experience for Pat since it's new and there is no build info for him to lean on. I think after 10 years of biyearly souls games (Not including souls-likes) the law of diminishing returns is finally kicking in. I think people are getting tired of watching the same game philosophy getting repeated over and over, that or people want to experience the game on their own and would rather just wait for the podcast to hear Pat's thoughts. Not that it matters, Sekiro got the exact same reception at launch, and it took a few months for people to really turn on that game, Pat and Woolie included.
