General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Maybe, just maybe they want to avoid another MIKO SEXUALLY ASSAULTED PEKORA rrat. Either that or Suisei is afraid of getting sexually assaulted by her as well.
I've never figured this one out - when did this happen? Miko isn't know for skinship is she?

I want to say so many people are being completely retards and a falling for a rrat. There is no evidence rushia gave literally anything that wasn't public. There is literally no evidence that this wasn't just cover finally getting an excuse to sack her for the twink stuff. We have no info and everything outside of the oficial release are all rats.
"MrrMrr she makes them money".
So? Companies refuse short term profits for long term objectives all the time. This might have just been their way of keeping the talents in line.
"MrrMrr the jps all went idgaf".
These are people that are paid to play a character. They're not your friends, not your lovers, they don't care about you. You are a client and nothing more if that. If the company tells them to say something after they just fired their top earner they will all say it.

This is not a cover is bad and the talents are always right kind of thing. But way too many people are now trusting a company that fucked over their talents multiple times before ( remember how coco only got permission to do anything after her gradution was anounced? and before that they wouldn't even let her colab with EN).
We don't know anything and people are assuming she doxed her coworkers off of nothing.

I explored the idea that COVER understands they now have a cult following and have no problem terminating problematic talents
rrat: Cover know they've built a big enough cult following like how Apple and Android as a brand, and they know they can do this kind of axing and the followers will just accept it (like how Apple fags accepted the same phone model minus features as new and innovative)

>anti-Cover?
gone
>pro Talent, anti-managment?
enjoy the ban
again, unless one of you are in COVER and can spill the beans, all the thread can do is spin rrats like there's no tomorrow

I cannot believe I'm sat here in full agreement with you. Hell has frozen over.

On a personal note I do find the lack of care from most members who spoke about it to be uncomfortable, but at the same time they were only saying their management-approved lines of moving forward and continuing to try their best to put smiles on people's faces. Absolute vomit-inducing crap from the higher-ups.

Coco got absolutely dunked on multiple times by management before she finally quit, and Delta has nothing nice to say about them despite her 'graduation' allegedly being civil. Rushia on that burner account literally said they wouldn't let her speak at the meeting, and if Fubuki is correct in that this announcement should have come out earlier, it means that the decision to fire her was made before the meeting took place.

Cover are not necessarily the bad guys here but people taking a JAPANESE company at their word should probably take a look at how much power PR has in companies and what they actually do.

Good on gura for touching less stressful topics, but hows chat?
She's talking about friends and stuff; chat is decidedly single, friendless, never go outside, and generally pathetic. So it's normal.
That aside, I don't really follow chat that closely, but from what I have seen, nobody tries to force her to react to the Rushia thing. When the stream is over, I'll look through the first 10 mins to see if she talked about it there (I'll let you know), but I am not getting a feeling that she did.

Edit: Thomas Talus reported on the first part of the stream slightly further down this page.

This coming from someone who never watched a rushia solo stream and haven't watched holojp in weeks. Been mostly watching nijien so not really a rushia fanboy.
At the end of the day, we know nothing, so public perception can go either way

It just happens that there seems to be more evidence that leans to the idea that Rushia fucked up

Unless she or Cover straight up throws the other under the bus, we will never know

The superior console
She said she either got an SNES or an N64 from the thrift shop (she doesn't know). And she got berated by chat for not smelling it

I don't think that 95% of Holo fans believe whatever Cover says. People are always locked and loaded to shit on Cover so it isn't that. The difference here is that people trust in the greediness of corporations, and they know there is no way that they would fire their biggest earner for some paltry reason. I tentatively believe the statement given solely because they want to make money and memory-holing Rushia is the opposite of that. Until someone else gives me more information that contradicts my current viewpoint I won't seriously entertain any unsubstantiated claims.

AS an aside to all this: Shork has a members post up on youtube. Nothing to add to situation, apparently she's not sure she has permission for THE GAME[tm], but she wants to stream tonight for sure at least. Says if she can't, then she'd like to at least hang out and chat, maybe make a food tier list or something to goof off.

So per usual, shork knows to just stay out of drama and commentary around it lol. Say what you want about the brain, but she's got decent internet business sense. Though it seems weird she wouldn't know she could stream GAME if we know Calli can, unless her manager is dragging feet informing her or busy. Would permissions vary based on region lived in? I assumed one EN could would mean all of EN could.
based shork is based
Im just wondering if the discovered communications are enough for legal action towards Kore Kore, so far he admitted outright that he had info that probably wasnt smart to leak, but he did, lmao
I think there are no legal sanctions against third parties, unless they try to use that against Cover then for sure, some legality issues will surface.

This might be useful for some people or just for curiosity JP firing stuff

Presumably Cover don't give out lifetime contracts though.

Pretty big Japanese law firm, they deal with foreigners a lot too hence the EN version of the site. I know a couple of people they've helped with visa stuff.

Completely irrelevant in this situation as Rushia is not an employee of Cover. She is a contractor for an agency. Like the article says, firing employees in Japan is rather difficult compared to other countries but Cover is an agency. If you break the contract you are instantly done.
