the thousands of nukes China has
ackchyually.png

China is said to have about 350 nukes, which is approximately 6% of the US nuclear stockpile of 5,550. China does not have nukes mainly to fuck with the USA. They are meant to be a deterrent against their regional fellow minor nuclear powers of Pakistan and (primarily, due to hostilities) India.

In the event of a shooting war with the US, yes. Also so the US has a base to station IRBMs capable of hitting Moscow.
Turkiye is the most useless, disloyal ally in reality. If a NATO nation were ever attacked, I'd expect the Turks to be the only ones citing a bullshit reason to stay neutral.

Why would restricting comic book movies be a punishment for Russia? If anything we should be dumping that shit all on them until there's no other form of "entertainment" available.

Now *that* would be very painful.
Yeah, I'm really starting to wonder what the end-game here is supposed to be. Someone here mentioned Putin possibly be committed to regime change, but I can't see that happening if this continues to drag on.
I would assume this is to force a settlement with the current regime, or change it to a more pro-Russian one, and to keep Ukraine out of NATO, above all else. Might backfire horribly but here we are.
This dude is gonna get arrested

I disagree with his takes on US happenings but I respect him for willing to lay it all down and be honest about how he feels about things.
Something tells me he does not represent the opinion of the average Russian. Maybe it's the gay earring.

EDIT: He's also got a really weird Russian accent, is this what gay russians sound like?
I've seen his videos before, he has a girlfriend. And yeah he admits he doesn't look like the average Russian guy. His English is decent for being a non-native speaker though.
Didn't Hunter Biden have shady dealings with an Ukranian company? You'd imagine Biden would be panicking once the Russian release incriminating files that were in the HQ. Of course the american media memoryholed and the public ignored Biden's son raping his brother's wife and daughter so the effects wouldn't be as big.

Just knowing that Hunter would do something like that just makes me wanna A-Log the shit out of him, but this isn't the place for it.

I unironically and seriously believe, however, that we, and the world as a whole, would probably be better off having Hunter as president instead of his brain dead potato father.

Apparently, there are still plenty of Ukrainians in fighting shape in the Southeast of the country. Mariupol is still held by the Ukrainian 53rd Brigade and the DPR troops are mounting an offensive against them. There have been so many different Ukrainian fortifications in the area that the People's Militia has had a hard time dealing with defending Ukrainian troops.

>imagine being a country with a nuclear arsenal
>imagine giving that nuclear srsenal away because the US pinky swore that it’s gonna let you in it’s super special facebook group and its got your back bro trust me
>imagine getting invaded by the militarily dominating country you broke away from because you no longer have anything to make em shit their pants
>imagine getting led by the nose by the us for 30 years and then getting ghosted after they PINKY SWORE that they got your back bro!
>imagine being this stupid and then getting mad that the whole world either does not give a flying fuck or is outright laughing at you

Absolutely hadam

Yeah. People keep repeating the lie that the US somehow promised to defend Ukraine as part of the
Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances in 1994. But if you read the actual agreement, all it
did was require the US to go to the UN security council and complain if something happened to
Ukraine. There was never even a "pinky swear" to defend them.

The other thing worth remembering is that the government that signed that agreement in 1994 was
a Russian Puppet Government. They were not nationalists or leaders of the orange crush movement.
For a large part of that "last 30 years" you talk about, Ukraine has been ruled as often as not by
politicians that were loyal to moscow.

Saw a rumor that US forces are advancing from Poland soon/now, anyone know if there's any truth to it?

There are around 5000 troops of the 82nd Airborne in Poland. They are being moved toward the frontier between
Poland and Ukraine. the "public" story being that they are going to "help process refugees".

You can read anything you like into what their real role is along the border. But the size of the deployment so
far doesn't indicate a strong possibility of a big action on the ground. It seems defensive (for now) and designed
to reassure Poland.

The Pax Americana was a mistake. America and Russia should work out a deal to have a low level global war going on at all times, like 1984. That would unironically be superior to the gay tranny nigger reality we live in.
How do you know that wasn't the agreement until losers like Gorbachev and Reagan screwed it up?

I never said the us promised to defend them, they promised to think about promising to defend them.

I don't understand the cope about how Russia will totally be buck broken by Western sanction and this war will result in their economy collapsing any minute now. Go read about the sanctions on Rhodesia and how long it took for them to capitulate. Then compare relative size and resource stockpile as well as the fact that other major nations are more than happy to trade with Russia.

Hell, even Biden said sanctions will do jack shit. Seems like this is the first rodeo for some of the younger people on here and political realism is hitting a few mothefuckers pretty hard rn

RIP to the poor civvie, that sucks, but:

1. Maybe don't sit around in your car while a fucking tank is dicking around in your vicinity.

2. Honestly when I was a firefighter, I dreamt of doing this daily when people would refuse to yield or stop at lights when we were running code 3.

Why isnt that cat stress shitting?
It's a little funny to note that pets are kind of an emotional mirror. For the most part, they do not and cannot understand what is going on around them. What they can understand is the emotional state of the owner. Pets are very empathetic. The pets who were purportedly stress-shitting, assuming that actually happened, were probably doing so because their owners were screaming, shitting their pants, posting suicidal threats online, getting wellness-checked by the police due to suicidality, coping, seething, and dilating due to the presence in "their city" (the national capital) of a peaceful protest they did not agree with. A pet does not like to see their owner stressed out and having panic attacks; it doesn't know why, and gets stressed too.

Man, I don't know what it is, but seeing the brutality of war juxtaposed by a stuffed bear really gives me a case of the feels. Somewhere there's a kid who probably got that bear as a present and truly loves it while their entire world is literally burning around them.

I don't know. At the end of the day, there's no good side and no bad side here. The Ukrainian oligarchs are pieces of shit who basically dragged their country into a war with Russia; with the Russian oligarchs doing the same. I know there's people here furiously masturbating to photos of dead Russians, but man, that's somebody's kid who probably had a stuffed bear they loved when they were young, too.
It's called empathy bro, it's not a bad thing to have

Edit: unless you plan on invading a country
Edit 2: random thought: Is Putin the best 'gaslighter' in history? Have your say

'You're thinking about invading Ukraine'
'No we're not'
'You're invading Ukraine'
'No we're not'
*invades ukraine*...

This is only an example of the obvious, think about all the times he's done similar lol.

Goot strats.
