Is this the infamous Hololive bullying culture I've been hearing about? Not sure if this has been mentioned already, but if there is any truth to the "bullying senpai" RushiRrat, then I'd say the person is Matsuri and it's probably related to the haachama snubbing her drama (that they recently 'made up' about):

So, maybe there was a bit of bad blood since Haachama snubbed Matsuri's pre-record but still did Rushia's?
All the info in the comment was taken from Matsuri's tweets on her roommate's account, so that's what I'd guess, if there's any basis of truth to it.
Matsuri is a menhera. What did you expect? May I covert you to Belmont Banderas? Is this the infamous Hololive bullying culture I've been hearing about?![]()
That is old, Haachama was not available and Matsuri went full passive aggressive bitch on twatter, but she went to far and her simps chastised her for it then she made up with Haachama after she told her what she was doing (iirc she was doing her entry exams for entering college), but strongest idol doesn't concern herself with the hate of little mortals
Don't get me wrong, I am firmly in the camp that Rushia is pure menhera and is just spinning up a bunch of bullshit. Is this the infamous Hololive bullying culture I've been hearing about?![]()
>...Eh, after some thought I suppose I will be giving a brief summary of Kore Kore's latest stream after all. I certainly don't take his words as gospel, but he did provide some evidence in the form of screenshots etc. and overall it feels like he's decently stressed out about the whole thing (arguably deservedly) and not really trying too hard to craft a story like the previous times, so here goes.
>So the first thing he claimed is that Rushia was always the one to initiate contact, primarily because she seemed to care a lot about her (alt) image. She told him that Cover is very strict about "branding", which apparently means that they have a principle of not saying anything publicly unless absolutely necessary, which Rushia apparently disagreed with. In fact, back in November 2021, there was already a hidden from the broad public incident with mafumafu for which Rushia contacted Kore Kore and asked him to speak "for her", and afterward her manager bluntly questioned her about this and she then told him to be more careful.
>The second thing that he claimed is that he might have technically egged her on in that he told her stuffs like "that sounds rough anything you want to tell me" etc. but that's not coercion by any means since again she's always the one to initiate contact. He showed a screenshot wherein she apparently spoke freely and he just chimed in occasionally, even for really juicy stuffs like how she had fights with her colleagues and how she supposedly didn't have many/any friends in Hololive. She also even went as far as to tell him scary stuffs like she tells him (every)things so that if she disappears then she wants him to speak for her.
>He then spent a decent amount of time presenting a factual(ish) timeline to the present by showing deleted tweets from both her two accounts before showing the Japanese version of Cover announcement and especially the reasons given (e.g. breach of NDA, activities resulted in loss of trust etc.) to really emphasize that he might be at partial fault but it's not 100% because of him that Rushia was fired.
>Then he dropped a huge bomb by playing a recording supposedly of Rushia telling the Fandeads to stop harassing Kore Kore and he even asked for help from one English-speaking woman and one Chinese-speaking woman to translate that message.
>And that is basically the end of his prepared presentation. He then moved on to interact with/address some comments/superchats through his two English and Chinese interpreters. A couple things of note are: (1) He claimed that the only thing Rushia explicitly told him not to share was a picture of her room, so only that one was his fault and even then he just talked about it and didn't actually show the picture; (2) He explicitly but reservedly apologized for being partially at fault (or rather for "not being blameless");
>(3) He emphasized that people who were making comments were clearly not just his listeners; (4) He claimed that the only reason he talked about her room picture was because he thought that could help clear up the misunderstanding about cohabitation; (5) He said that this will be the last thing about this incident on his channel; (6) He apparently tried to lighten up the situation by telling people that "Rushia" got her alt channel up and running so just go support her there (and stop bothering him it's not like she's gone for good, presumably)
She was not leaking shit to jp Keemstar so maybe that helpedThe fact is that what Matsuri doing on her alt twitter account related to the incident did not get her terminated.
Man, the more I read about it, the more it seems to me that Rushia was an insubordinate sperg who brought this all upon herself through her own actions from the very beginning. With all that she was doing, what else was management supposed to do but fire her? To sweep it under the rug would have been to condone that behavior from her and other talents. Was she trying to get fired for sympathy points or something?
She had a golden goose and she murdered it. It's all on her.
ORCA tweets are just this close from going full psycho and bombing cover office and probably kill everyone involvedSupposedly a summarized translation of the Korekore stream.

Oh no... Kyoto Animation all over again?ORCA tweets are just this close from going full psycho and bombing cover office and probably kill everyone involved
I think it really probably just comes down to "how was the information presented"Now that you bring up Matsuri vs Haachama.
The fact is that what Matsuri doing on her alt twitter account related to the incident did not get her terminated.
Also the Pekora drama last year. Complaining about managerial on member-only stream did not get her terminated. And also IIRC Kuu (くう), a moderator on Pekora's channel, seems like to know the inner working of Hololive to some extend. Kuu gave some comment insight about the incident at that time. Who is this Kuu person actually? Is Kuu outsider or insider of hololive? Assuming Kuu is outsider. It didn't get Pekora terminated.
How likely is it that she might be going to Blast Project instead, that one gaming-based company that Iwaiwa is setting up?Maybe. That's a bit on the nose, though.
My bets are that she'll go to Merise (Shibuya Hal's group) but because it's untested waters and Qu will probably want the money to get out of her shitty Thai wagie life, she might go to NijiJP (Open Auditions). It's less likely she'll preemptively leave and hold out for EN Wave 6 auditions.
Right now the precedent for Blast Project is to take in Indies that already exist, but it's possible. How likely is it that she might be going to Blast Project instead, that one gaming-based company that Iwaiwa is setting up?
I think that if it is something like the accounts or real names of managers or the 3D studio employees, that's not juicy in and of itself, but it is a serious breach that could provide breadcrumbs that let internet detectives/stalkers locate the talent IRL.Hell what Cover found could very well just not be anything juicy whatsoever, something as simple as her DMing that dramatuber with anything that overtly confirms that "Rushia" is the same person as that personal twitter account of hers would be enough if we go by what Calli was saying in that DD stream.
Maybe Hololive terminating Rushia can also be a case study for Niji. I remembered how some Niji members accusing Niji playing favourite with their top earner Kuzuha and effectively turn the blind side to Kuzuha bullying others as well as misdemeanors etc.I think that if it is something like the accounts or real names of managers or the 3D studio employees, that's not juicy in and of itself, but it is a serious breach that could provide breadcrumbs that let internet detectives/stalkers locate the talent IRL.
There's probably also an aspect of maintaining company discipline involved. If you let the top talent skate on breaches of contract that could potentially affect the safety of their co-workers, a) you're going to get more and more of it happening and b) resentment between the talent is going to build up due to favoritism and "I'm too big to have to care" attitudes. Not quite pour encourager les autres, but the standard regarding disclosures of confidential information is now very clear: no one is too big.
It's the opposite for me. The more I read the more it seems to me that Cover is at fault. If this were a normal company, sure, it's on her, but this isn't a normal company.Man, the more I read about it, the more it seems to me that Rushia was an insubordinate sperg who brought this all upon herself through her own actions from the very beginning. With all that she was doing, what else was management supposed to do but fire her?
