Not possible. You could literally send them the design files for these chips and they wouldn’t be able to make them. Semiconductor manufacturing at this size requires such precision and skill it would take ten years for someone like America to get to the same production scale as Taiwan. Russia? A pipe-dream. The objective is more likely disruption, fear, a show of force, or something like that.

I get that Ukrainians are getting fucked, again, and the rational action would be to defend. But war isn't rational, and neither are any of the players anymore.
Right now, I'm trying to figure out what's going to happen next, and all of it leads to "China does something." And god fucking damn is that prospect scary as shit.
