Besides there's already two cows who we refer to as Goblins. And Pipsqueak isn't a goblin. He's more a failed science experiment.
But that's the beauty of it. He can use it for any woman. The others, like Taylor Swift, Yovanna or Heidi Klum have their names attached to the song. He can't just go about and change Yo Yovanna to Yo Madonna. Well maybe he could but it would still sound stupid and some of the imagery he's trying to put forth wouldn't work.

Imagine having dreams of hitting it big in singing and you end up doing this soul-crushing work so you can pay the rent. Then this greasy incel comes in and presents you with a literal anthem for "nice guys" and you have to restrain yourself with every fiber of your being to not tell him how fucking stupid he is and that even the phrase "nice guys" is a joke because of people like him.

He does it all nicely. Besides, it's not nice to tell lies so when he said Taylor's mom was a pig (she is) and should die of cancer (obviously she should) he was being nice.
