I don't think that's him. "Mister Obvious" is the Roblox pedo, "Mr Obvious" is the youtuber and I can't seem to find anything to suggest they're the same.

Synthesis/packaging for something like thermite is a better use of resources. If you're going to get shredded by a gunner it might as well be during an attempt at something that will actually destroy a tank instead of piss off some poor dude at the motor pool. It's not like there's global organizations with centuries of experience figuring out how to help or anything. I'm sure paint+balloons is somewhere in there if an operative happens into paint and balloons but, there's better work to be doing. What makes it laughable is thinking the Russians would try and shut this down, if anything they'd be magnifying it. Every dipshit with a water balloon is a dead partisan that cannot murderize them later.
