I've been enjoying following this one so I'm glad she's under discussion. She just seems so deep into it that I don't think that she can crawl out of it without a massive ego crumple. She's already said she's off the TPN and on the pain meds. She withdrew on the 8th, supposedly, so it's coming up to the three week mark. This is in contrast to the post that says she started home hospice on Jan 17 and predicted she only had four weeks to go, "if I know my own body".
I took some time to acquaint myself with her instagram and I am not unconvinced by her ICU pictures, her story behind it less so. Despite all the waffle she manages to keep the important information vague. She never really talks about what she's allergic to, just that she has "multiple" allergies. Apart from potassium, of course. It's not like you're meant to experience a massive hypokalemia when you have anaphylaxis or anything. I'm sorry but claiming an allergy to IV potassium is actually hilarious.

In her ICU pics she doesn't looks particularly post-anaphylaxis - no swelling or hives - but who knows, they could have pumped her with steroids and antihistamines. However, looking at the pumps in one of the ICU pics all that seems to be up is propofol and fluids. I can't completely confirm whether it was anaphylaxis or not, but I cannot completely rule out the possibility that she, with her BMI of 14 at the lowest, wasn't messing about with her potassiums at home. In a way, I'm reminded somewhat of my personal favorite sued-her-doctor-potassium-mystery munchie Evie, but I think Brooklyn's aware of what she's posting and is intentionally vague. She listed the constant anaphylaxises as a reason God gave her the green-light for suicide but I'm sure she considers itchy skin and mild heart rate increase from anxiety to be anaphylaxis too.
Oh my god she's so dying that the oxygen prongs aren't even in her nose.
Oxygen from a nasal cannula is kind of uncomfortable to wear because it's a constant stream of very dry air, so it's not uncommonly worn on one nostril or even taken off temporarily, but do you know what's more uncomfortable than a dry nose? That's right, hypoxia.
Her nasal cannula appeared not before Jan 2020 after "three cases of anaphylaxis" that month, but also, conveniently, a visit to a friend who shared many of the same conditions and notably in their selfie together he had a nasal cannula himself.
It's funny to point out Ecclesiastes 3: 18-21
In all fairness the first half of Ecclesiastes is meant to be from someone's existential crisis perspective explaining why life is essentially pointless, so it shouldn't make doctrine material - he's literally saying "we dunno". It goes on in the later chapters the perspective reverses to say "life good because God".
The worst thing about Brooklyn's puppies vs salvation comment is that she thought she was being incredibly funny when she wrote it. Instead it just makes her look generally uncompassionate and not particularly spiritually insightful. I think it would be funny if someone revealed to her how bad her attempts at sarcasm, and indeed writing, are some time before she dies.
