Whatever the case, Dalton's gonna be the "daddy". Kim's gonna pull a Sammie even if the kid comes out white as fuck and trust those duties to a crazy tweaker. There was a case recently in Ohio where some dude smoked spice and just slammed an infant he was looking after into the wall repeatedly until the poor thing died - after being left in his care after his bio mom and dad decided they wanted a break from parenting. I can picture any one of the fuckers here doing that.

She takes insulin in the video as well and at the end says shes going to the ER but doesn't explain why. I know with gestational diabetes anything over 130/140 after meals was a huge no. I can't believe eye sits around eating garbage while pregnant and try getting her numbers down.
