I agree with some of what you have said. Protestants (with many exceptions) have rejected Sacred Tradition and Liturgical Worship. It is no good, and it was never what Martin Luther had intended when he attempted to reform The Roman Church.

It's not just inclusion and participation trophies. That would make it more expensive, but still possible. The woke ideologues demand more: equality of outcome between demographics in every single aspect and cry racism when it's not there. And of course it almost never is, because of 100ky of divergent evolution.
So even if you hire a bunch of niggers and pay them above market rate to just sit there and don't break stuff, they still will make a stink because number of commits in the repo, or some defect rate is not "equitable". This makes productive work completely impossible, not just costly.

Feminists lose a source of heroines and women's sports are now equal to men's sports. Likewise, BLM defunded the police and increased crime. What are the second order effects? This is one thing I worry about, things becoming Handmaid's Tale or Turner Diaries is not a good thing either.
