Most defense analysts are already coping with the great Russian specter falling apart and have been beaten into offering an at least partially realistic view of their failures so far. Just read between the lines when they're talking about mud and morale. Don't spend too much time looking through twitter, it's mostly propaganda, and weight down most Ukrainian-reported numbers by a factor of two or three.

Don't bother explaining. You can show video evidence, introduce them to people wounded by the stockpiles, you can even introduce them to the Ranger team that took the bioweapons facility to secure the stocks, but all you will hear is:
