I think often we imagine these people are single-mindedly focused on their goal, that they eat, sleep, and breathe revenge and do nothing but plot. So it's weird to see Chinny doing her makeup and online shopping and shoveling greasy food into her mouth in between these bizarre, jealous rants. But psychos gotta eat and look good and stuff too, yannnow?

I feel like the Betty Broadrick comparisons are way too kind. Betty lost her shit but she atleast had something to lose it over. A long marriage and children. Vows, investment, time, commitment, an actual family. Things that people most understand losing it over.
Chins had some rough unemotional hook ups with nothing to show for it but some stds.
I can't even think of a famous case to compare her to, maybe Jodi Arias but even she was claimed and treated like a gf for awhile.

Chantal is actually seeking him out and legit stalking because she wants Dee Dee gone. It reveals her intent, and these morons just can't grasp this. She admitted that she called the cops so Dee Dee would leave and things could go back to normal. That's her motive-how much clearer does she have to make it to them? But it doesn't fit this battered woman narrative they are all pushing.
She is patting herself on the back for paying the 'no show' fee for her therapy. Does she realize the therapist is not getting the full amount they would get if they booked an actual appointment that showed up? What an inconsiderate loser.

Her pleasant demeanor, excellent skills at being a hostess and her overall thrift enabled Dan Broderick to rise quickly in the legal community.
Once he was president of the San Diego bar and was bringing in mega bucks through malpractice cases, he left Betty for a younger carbon-copy. Because he was the local bar president, Betty spent years trying get representation for the divorce because of conflicts of interest, and lacking decent counsel enabled him to cut her off completely from money, he sent her to the loony bin, and so much more. Her replacement delighted in teasing her with prank calls and sending her nasty letters, including brochures for a weight loss clinic. Perhaps she shouldn’t have shot them but after so many years of marriage and five years of torment after he left, I can see why she did it.
And completely off topic, Betty was an excellent example of how it is no-fault divorces, once praised by second wave feminists as the best way for women to leave bad marriages, destroyed first wives and their children. Dan Broderick gleefully fucked his children financially because it hurt Betty, and he was able to do so legally because of they way he hung up the courts with his legal connections.
Chantal simply let a gross dude use her ass for 9 months and paid his bills. She’s closer to Jodi Arias, who knew for a fact she was just a piece of ass who would never get a ring and was despised by her victim’s peers.
Related, I hope Nader and DeeDee are reading this because at this point it’s hard to predict what Chantal will do next. Every time she contacts them on social media, they need to record it or screenshot it and send it to the authorities. Every time she calls, they need to alert the authorities. If she shows up, they call the police. DeeDee absolutely must stop interacting with Chantal because she can be seen as a proxy for Nader. The two of them have to go no contact completely. Turn over the phone and iPad to the police to return to her, do not accept another single gift, block any attempts to send money or gifts online.
Every bit of contact with them renews her mania for Nader. As long as he has the iPad she will believe it means she has the right to contact him. If he’s using a phone she gave him, she thinks it means she has the legal right to use the phone however she sees fit. Nader is a grifter but at some point he is going to have to ask himself if a couple of thousands of dollars-worth of electronics is worth continuing to deal with Chantal. Every tiny crumb of contact is a feast for this woman. Every gift is an obligation that must be paid back in attention. They must cut her off totally and make legal record of every attempt she makes to contact them.
Canada is a lot more liberal than the USA. And Chantal has been showing her ass non-stop since she went to the police. On paper Nader should have very little to worry about. But he is still a brown immigrant in a North American country. He’s got a history of abusing fat women. He’s on drugs and is just gross in general. As bad as Chantal is behaving, he’s still the one at most risk of facing legal repercussions if he doesn’t cut off every avenue of contact. And that way if Chantal goes beyond the pale, they’ve got the necessary paper work to send her away if needed.

The nice thing about this situation is that everyone involved is awful. If Nader beats the shit out of Chantal, I'm happy. If Chantal stabs Nader, I'm happy. If Deedee manages to get caught in the crossfire... Well, I won't be extremely upset, put it that way. She really should go back to Montreal, and I'm not saying that because I'm on Chantal's side. She wants to insert herself into trash-drama, waste her time, money, and energy on fucking Nader of all people, and get nothing but grief and raw chicken in return? Well, she made her floor mattress. there is something that has been crossing my mind the last few days though…I can’t help but think that somewhere here Cuntal is under the impression that if she goes totally batshit crazy he will find her more attractive…that it will somehow prove her undying love to him.
