That's pretty plausible. Putin really doesn't want to occupy the entire country. Can see some more of eastern Ukraine going to the two "republics". Nevertheless, this will just widen and deepen the river of bad blood between Ukraine and Russia. Russia and Putin will still be considered and treated as pariahs by the rest of the world. More Western arms will flow into Ukraine to re-equip the forces.

Even if Russia wins, they have still lost, and the ramifications of that loss have just started.
He'll probably occupy eastern Ukraine and put up a puppet regime in the west, only question is if said puppet regime will be in Kyiv or if Putin annexes it.

Reactions: HOMO FOR LIFE
I actually find this debatable, I live in a time where the politicians think virtue singling on Twitter counts as doing something.

TDLR: Assume it's all words and half commitment until proven otherwise.
Believe Poland/Baltics will continue to be concerned about Russia, and concerns about Russia's possibly weaponizing energy supplies won't go away quickly or easily.

Honestly I think that's the funniest possibility of all this tragedy. The EU being saddled with yet another corrupt shithole they need to rebuild, all while suddenly faced with a need to realign their energy supply.

I can't remember where I read it, but it did suggest the plan very well could be to force a surrender and negotiate for everything east of the Dnieper.

When you think about it, might make sense because then he can send all the Nazi's to the east. There's a place for all the Ukrainians who don't want to live under Russia.

Russian state media did have a piece suggesting that if faced with a humiliating defeat. Russia would just flatten Ukraine leaving it up to the west to pay to rebuild it. However, you're not allowed to know that, because it has been determined you must only get Western and Ukrainian propaganda. There is apparently no useful reason for you to know what the Russians are saying.

The same people who screeched at us for the past two years to permanently bolt masks to our faces, close our businesses (just two weeks bro!), and inject ourselves with experimental medicine because "If it saves even one life", are now full court pressing us to go halfway across the world to die fighting Russia to protect the natural gas reserves.

I watched the MSM whip people into hysteria over an overhyped flu, so I'm remaining skeptical to all the west's claims of Ukrainian heroics and Russian incompetency. That's exactly the propaganda you'd push if you want to incite midwits into getting embroiled in another war.

Somebody is getting Stalingraded.
Anyone who's familiar with the Afghan war knows why this is scary.

I miss Monterey every day.
Moved up the road a little ways about nine years ago. Place is not what it used to be. You would likely be disappointed. Overcommercialized, homeless problems, cost of living very high. Walked around downtown Monterey last week. Saw a number of empty storefronts. Look for a recession within 6-12 months.

Probably would have ended in someone dead in a duel to the death.

He was mad that new toy called breechloading rifles was considered trash by some uptight old aristocrat asshole.

I would have loved to see 19th century boomers.

"Did I tell you when me and the boys kicked Napoleon's ass at Waterloo?, Oh, yes, I already told you that".
Finally a forum where my taste in firearms is considered refined and modern. Percussion caps, case hardening, and gun metal. Aw yeah.
1, now i want puztin to go nuclear.
2. the g36 is shit. the G3 on the other hand is a good gun sturdy enough to bash brains out with it.
You are supposed to shoot people with guns. Not hit them with it.
No wonder you lost the war.

Raped. Someone is getting raped.

I am sick and tired of getting blue balled by Putin's super army of Chechen volunteers. Tell them to put down the Falafel and get some 72 virgins, or shut the fuck up you cucked manlet.

What a time to be alive. Three days ago I was kinda sorta interested in getting nuked. Now I am wondering if the screaming dying dog and blown apart bodies was worth all the attention I gave it. Is this a war, or one long neverending edging session?

I wonder how long until Call of Duty makes a level out of this?
It's already a videogame (well, autism sim). Funnily enough, it came out a year ago.
