Favor of the month is nothing new. Easy views and brain dead stream where the fans just happy to watch. Win-win. Also, when a lot of member is streaming the same game, the views tends to get a bit higher across the board, so it help the less popular member getting eyes on them too. I for one don't mind it. I doubt it will stick around long for most of them. The game also give Akirose consistence 10k+ live viewer, and she deserve the world.
Interesting enough, I read that the developer used to work for online gambling app. Would explain all the light and sound that spark the rewarding part of our brain. Well, compare to UmaMusume, this game is harmless.

Personally I don't mind it, it's fast-paced enough to be interesting as opposed to the endless Pokémon streams. I'm a little more apprehensive about the upcoming Elden Ring tsunami tbh.

Kiara, Ina and Sana were the only ones to make them interesting in EN. Can't speak for the others. Ame's one off streams dabbing on Pokemon and driving the diehards mad was great as well. The other end of the spectrum was Calli and her endless shiny hunts.

I completely neglected to bank on the companies themselves being autistic about it when it was clear that most fans and Ichika herself didn't really care. I suppose it's not something AC could reasonably overlook and that's why it's only a 'voluntary break'.
I cannot believe how common it is industry-wide that people can't separate their personal stuff from their streaming account holy shit. The dude had pirated porn in the same folder as his upcoming song covers.
I'd be very shocked if this is the last of it, too. They still need to axe Chae Ara before the merge and I can't believe they haven't already done so.

Not surprised about Kiru Shin at all. He's had absolutely zero presence even with fellow KR members for what feels like forever. I forget he even exists.

That's really interesting and since I played it myself I can see some similarities. It's really addicting to push it further and unlock more stuff and it definetly triggers some neurons.

You know, there's been an upside to the war in Ukraine and it's the distinct lack of Slavs in chat during peak Ukrainian/Russian hours. It's been nice looking into chat and not seeing a lot of Cyrillic gobbledygook. Gura's chats in particular are a little more bearable. Makes me long for the day NK crosses the 38th parallel so the South Koreans are too busy as well.

I know it’s cultural difference, but Jesus Christ he only pirated porn. If it was something horrifying I’d at least understand the sentiment.
Even if he didn’t want to separate his personal life with his streaming one he could’ve spun up a VeraCrypt container and this would’ve never happened. But considering he had his work mixed with his porn he doesn’t seem like the sharpest tool.
