It's Thai. Thai weebs been searching for her for months, but nobody found her irl identity -- even thinking she's Japanese hafu. This is the worst we ever see. It's like if Cover come out and print Mikeneko real name on the termination paper. Holy shit. I know WACTOR is sponsored by Bilibili, but that's the new low that will not be top for years to come.

Announcing intent to pursue legal action is fine. Revealing the identity of former or existing staff without their consent is illegal in Japan and Thailand.

This is just PR move by Cover to cover their ass.
They want Hololive fans to see that there is something worse out there than what Cover recently done.
It is Cover effort to make Cover's image as a good company.


I won't be surprised if I found some comment like that in the wild internet.

Her past identity was Kokoro Iyashi, she suddenly announced her graduation last year and that she was joining wactor and all her videos would be gone, I didn't like the move but I was happy for her as she was gaining a lot of subs as Rose, a few months ago she went live on her old channel just as K-chan and like 20-30 of her old viewers were there, she seemed really burnt out, we enjoyed a few streams and tweets before it seems she got in trouble for it and had to go dark again

Basically Nijisanji released a formal apology for Lauren Iroas showing his pirated porn folder on screen and Lauren Iroas offered suspension of his activities as compensation for the "damages" caused by this fuck up.

I look around, she's apparently Thai cosplayer and artist with somewhat recognition. She have an interview on a website in Thai, but it's on lockdown. Only a few pic survive, and the other one look like she's underage so I won't put it here.
(to be fair, I don't know if this is her or not. It's just cache on Google image that link to the interview thing)
Also twitcast, linked facebook already go offline.

Specifically it's about having a roommate account that is monetised. Eileen acknowledges she probably shouldn't be doing it, so in a vacuum it isn't unreasonable for the company to take action.

Revealing the identity of Laila and pulling up with fucking Google Doc V-Tweeter style screenshots is actually against the law, though. They tried to fight fire with napalm.

There are rrats that she was leaking information to 'other companies' but I haven't seen anything actually concrete. Circumstantially speaking it could be a factor as to why a WACTOR auditionee suddenly ended up in NijiEN, but applying for multiple things at once isn't exactly unheard of.

What's worse is that Laila is only 'suspended' which means they are denying her ability to move on and look for another job. They're essentially holding her hostage and revealing her identity to ensure she has a hard time working anywhere else in the industry. It's actual Black Company tactics.
