Haven't watched it yet, but holy shit the contrast between Ralph and Brimelow cannot be overstated, he looks more fat and sloppy here than I've ever seen him.

When Ralph talks about how he's "fat", he seems to have an idea in his head that he looks sort of like this:
But in reality he is morbidly obese and is more like this:
It's the same think with his height, he seems to have convinced himself he is not on the verge of being a midget manlet and just pretends he isn't.
It seems to be the only reason why he is ok with calling himself "fat" (although he needs to pretend he can go back to the same weight he had after prison, conveniently ignoring that he there's been no other time in his life when he's been that thin and it only happened because the state took away all of his vices).
