Ribbitcoin was either a scam, or an honest mistake, depending on who or what you want to believe (I frankly couldn't give any less of shit, and it's bizarre how they're harping on it now).

There's a video INAR shared a while back where Dean, Vikki, that wetbrained Thomas Roiloup, and Preston, were actually celebrating the fact that Preston was going to sue EVS over the cuck porn shit, how Preston had reported EVS to the police in Florida, and how they were totally gonna arrest him or some shit. That's a whole other autistic can of worms, but basically the statute Preston kept citing was actually modified from the earlier revision he was waiving around, and this led to an amusing shouting match between Preston and Nick Rekieta over Twitter concerning what a willfully ignorant dumbass Preston is. As the cherry on top, Preston has also threatened to sue Null for exposing and hosting the cuck porn, thinking (incorrectly) that Null is in the US. Ultimately, Nothing came of any it.

The ultimate point here being that they actually were on very good terms with Preston at one point, and seemingly united in their dislike for EVS.

Something happened though, and that something seems to be that Preston resented the fact that Vikki was spending more time with Dean than him. In Preston's mind, he wanted to takeover Comicsgate (the TM dispute is part of that) and be its "King," while Vikki was supposed to be his "Queen." I have heard this from Vikki herself, and the @TheCosmicWarrior can back me up on this because he was told the same thing. So can a handful of others who have heard this story over the years. Some people have described this as a retarded love triangle that sent Preston over the edge.

So, when EVS and D&V (separately) decided to call out Demonatrix as being a disgusting pile of degenerate garbage (to be charitable), he went after all three. They (foolishly) did not form a cohesive combined defense, as @FROG apparently proposed, that would have leveraged EVS's superior financial and legal resources and (likely) would have gotten all three of them dismissed from the lawsuit. Presumably, this is because "FROG MAN BAD."

Basically what you're saying here, if you read between the lines, is that you think she defamed you, and you think this is her just deserts.

You're entitled to that opinion, but I think the issue you're gonna run into is a lot of people are gonna take umbrage at the idea that Preston's lawsuit can be held up as an example of Vikki defaming people. This, in turn, will only hurt the credibility of whatever claims you want to make that she defamed you.

It goes way back, and includes a period of time in which Testefy-HD was friends with D&V. Hell, a lot of people met Testefy THOUGH D&V. If you look at their channels, you'll see that they were basically @FROG bashing since day one. Ethan himself stated that while the lawsuit ended some of the most visible acrimony, the three of them were not exactly friends. This was something he said months before the magistrate judge gave Dean bad news, and EVS good.

That isn't an accurate or fair account of all the drama involved. Its effectively the story that Preston has told in the past to explain the break with Dean and Vikki. A break which took place due to multiple issues and didn't happen immediately.

The break with Preston started when the details of Zombienomicon's personal history came out. Preston's attitude toward him in the aftermath led to doubts about Preston among alot of people.

The "dumb wiki which no cares about" was a comics writing contest with prizes and "shared universe" for Preston's "alternative comicsgate". People participated with the idea that it was kind of a cooperative thing where everyone would gain something. They contributed their characters & ideas to the "shared universe" wiki with certain expectations. But after the falling out with Zombienomicon, Mecha came out in the open as Zombienomicon stooge. The wiki where people had contributed things they owned suddenly wasn't what it seemed. They were locked out and told to basically go fuck themselves. Preston did nothing.

A whole bunch of people started feuding with Mecha over the issues. Preston seemed (in my opinion) to play all sides of the fence. He wasn't willing to fix the situation, he wasn't willing to call out Mecha for what he had done and he didn't want bad things said against Zombienomicon or Mecha in certain places. In that situation, alot of people who had been involved with Preston made a decision to no longer be involved in any way with Preston ever again. Most of them walked away quietly but Vikki and Dean didn't. Vikki/Dean & Preston then entered a sort of cold war phase where they were done with each other but not openly hostile to each other.

The trigger for war breaking out (active hostilities) as far as I can remember was the formation of the "Preston Knights". The Preston Knights ran around talking loud and acting stupid. Various drama got Vikki and Dean remembering again why they had been angry at Preston maybe six months before and then we had another war break out.

Vikki and Dean are doing dumb self-destructive things. But none of the dumb things they have done in their own defense in the lawsuit in any way make Preston or anything associated with Preston any better.

You went part way into the "Deep Lore". But this goes way farther than that. Nearly all these people started out in 2018 as EVS "fans". Then they lined up on one side or the other of the drama around Warcampaign. Due to alot of reasons, people and events which would take a whole book to go into, Vikki was hostile to TUG and TUG's wife. Through hostility to TUG and warcampaign Vikki eventually ended in the part of comicsgate that was hostile to EVS. Dean was fighting with TUG too (Weebwars), but comics and EVS mean next to nothing to Dean. He is just along for the ride.

But its important to understand that comicsgate is made up of an ever-shifting set of alliances and "friendships of convenience". These people constantly change their friendships/alliances/points of view based on the circumstances that they are in. They also ALL tell self-serving stories were are never quite the full truth. I don't know that any of them are "friends" per sea.

FROG falls in and out with people all the time. I don't know how many times he and JDA have gone from being in a co-dependent relationship to openly being war with each other. Does either really trust or even like the other? Who knows. But they seem to team up or fight each other strictly situationally.

Vikki and Dean were no different. Nobody hated Warcampaign more the Vikki. But then suddenly Testefy-HD and company are out of warcampaign.....and suddenly they are all best buds for a while. Why? I don't know how anyone can look at that weird relationship that went on for months in streams between all of them and believe FROG's line that they were his evil enemies dedicated to his destruction the whole time. I mean if they were still enemies as you want claim, why was he doing all those appearances with them and why were they acting like best buddies?

Well. We can go to the deep lore on that too. The mayonnaise had nothing to do with Vikki. The people who did the mayonnaise were SWC. Vikki didn't pay for the coins involved in that stunt. All Vikki did was gather up information on things that other people had done after the fact, do a video about what had happened and then interview Ethan about it. Vikki and her interview with FROG were not exactly unhelpful to him in the circumstances. nor was her presentation overtly hostile But as I've said, people spin things that happened years ago to support their current narratives. What really happened never matters.

The point here is that the narrative that FROG had an exclusively hostile relationship with Vikki (Dean doesn't count) and was his eternal enemy is not quite anything like the full truth.

Before everybody reading this loses their goddamned minds, I want to point out that the document INAR attached to his post is the PROPOSED order they'd like the Judge to sign. Notice the blank spaces and blank signature line.

They're asking for nearly a three-quarters of a mil (which is absurd). Doesn't mean they'll get it.

It also probably doesn't even matter, because I don't Vikki can afford even $75.000. Some judgement against Vikki is going to be signed by the judge at this point. It's inevitable.

Mostly yes, but there's one thing here that's a bit misleading...

The thing with Testefy was that he inappropriately accused Stupendous of being a "child predator," and that caused a shitshow that resonated across both CG and anti-CG. Testefy lost people that were even part of his inner-circle because of that (Jazzcrab, etc). I don't know if Testefy became useless to them, because he was still shitting all over Preston right up until that point. An argument could be made that Testefy's fall from grace was triggerd by a-logging Preston to the extreme point he actually started going after innocents.

That isn't an accurate or fair account of all which took place due to multiple issues and didn't happen immediately.

The break with Preston started when the details of Zombienomicon's personal history came out. Preston's attitude toward him in the aftermath led to doubts about Preston among alot of people.

The "dumb wiki which no cares about" was a comics writing contest with prizes and "shared universe" for Preston's "alternative comicsgate". People participated with the idea that it was kind of a cooperative thing where everyone would gain something. They contributed their characters & ideas to the "shared universe" wiki with certain expectations. But after the falling out with Zombienomicon, Mecha came out in the open as Zombienomicon stooge. The wiki where people had contributed things they owned suddenly wasn't what it seemed. They were locked out and told to basically go fuck themselves. Preston did nothing.

The thing with Testefy was that he inappropriately accused Stupendous of being a "child predator," and that caused a shitshow that resonated across both CG and anti-CG. Testefy lost people that were even part of his inner-circle because of that (Jazzcrab, etc). I don't know if Testefy became useless to them, because he was still shitting all over Preston right up until that point. An argument could be made that Testefy's fall from grace was triggerd by a-logging Preston to the extreme point he actually started going after innocents.

All possibly true, but what you're saying here is not mutually exclusive with what I'm saying. I gave an answer that goes into the DEEP lore concerning Vikki and Dean's dislike of EVS. It goes way back, and includes a period of time in which Testefy-HD was friends with D&V. Hell, a lot of people met Testefy THOUGH D&V. If you look at their channels, you'll see that they were basically @FROG bashing since day one. Ethan himself stated that while the lawsuit ended some of the most visible acrimony, the three of them were not exactly friends. This was something he said months before the magistrate judge gave Dean bad news, and EVS good.

She already did default. That's what's noted by the Clerk. That's just a clerical note that a deadline has passed with a required filing not having been filed. Now we're waiting on the results of a motion for default judgment by the court itself, which effectively terminates the case in favor of Poulter, barring a set-aside from the default.

This applies whether or not she was served, although it would be properly set aside in that event or if she files an opposition to the motion for default judgment which she should probably do through counsel and not by consulting a Ouija board or worse, what she's been doing up until now.

ETA: It appears Lamont has filed his motion for default judgment, but Poulter has not yet. Entry of default was November 29, 2021.
