Russian movies especially near the end of the USSR and after have far more nuanced and human depictions of Hitler like the Germans do. Because it is a nation which suffered far more from him then others, I think there's a tendency to have more of a sober analysis of Hitler's personality rather then a clown or a cartoon character.
