Oh my god who the hell cares. Boogie will talk about literally anything to distract himself from his problems. Xbox vs Ps4 hasn't been relevant since like 2013, and Console wars in general are like the poster child for useless, pointless arguments. I don't think anyone gives the slightest shit about boogies opinion on this, he should shut up.

Arkansas only use lethal injections these days apparently. But I thing we'd all be fine with that too. Although taking out a beast of Boogies size it might deplete the state's supply of toxins for quite some time.
As I checked Wiki for what type of execution method Arkansas use, I stumbled on this anecdote about a former execution that share an uncanny resemblence of the hypothetical scenario where the state actually does execute Boogie for his crimes against decency.

I think this is probably just going over my head but it's obvious that Boogie has prior knowledge of who designed the t-shirt's graphic design. It's made in the same exact style as his cartoon images are for YouTube thumbnails. I know he has at least a couple designer contacts he continues to go back to / bring up from time to time.

not only does him trying to make a joke over the whole thing show a complete lack of remorse (i hope the prosecutor, judge and jury are paying attention), but the funnier part to me is that he doesn't actually see this as a joke. he might be trying to play it off as if it's all funny to him, but don't forget that just a few weeks ago he was seething over how it was the worst day of his life, even worse than getting raped. he HATES the fact he has to face any consequences for his reckless actions. yet another cope from Melon the soon to be felon. he even adds in that quick "rofl" at the end to confirm he is, in fact, seething over the situation.
btw, anyone care to compile a list of key words/phrases he uses to convey certain things? off the top of my head i can think of a few... "rofl" = livid but trying to act like it's a joke or no big deal. "tho" = giving a half assed opinion or being condescending. "man" = trying to be 'buddy buddy' with a critic and manipulate them. "wild" = trying to frame something as being far more ridiculous than it is to hide the truth in it. this fake piece of shit has a whole fucking dialect he uses to deceive people and i guarantee you he's aware of it.

I have no doubt he is behind this shit. It just reeks of that desperate grab for attention, relevancy and a lack of self awareness and respect. Im sure his lawyer saying when its all over and he can make merch and monetize his dumbfuckery he probably became easier to deal with in taking a plea and accepting the fate hes a felon.
I see this shit then im reminded of how he thinks the courts are wrong in how they are handling this. He truly believes if the courts listen to his sob story from his point of view everyone would feel sorry for him and let him go free. However the courts dont give a shit what happened, all they care about is did someone commit a crime and what is the correct punishment for said crime. In this case Frank was being a fuck but he didnt commit a crime, Boogie did and with a heavy disregard to the safety of others in the vicinity. A judge will look at it like that and hopefully get this fuck away from any source of pleasure and comfort Boogie finds for a long time.

I did a post on this late last year. If Steven Jason Williams is stupid enough to go to trial he will be found guilty and he will do jail time.
I think all his rhetoric around 'the jury' is just bluster. He knows Monday morning he's accepting a plea deal that makes him a felon but keeps him out of prison and wants to paint it that the Prosecution was unreasonable. Don't fall for it.

No lie, this is possibly one of his worst videos I’ve ever seen (personality wise) notice what this manipulative fuck is doing. He knows those shirts aren’t going to bring in any money. He knows that, he’s (barely) sold merch before when he actually had a fanbase. So instead he’s generously offering all the money to charity ($5) while plugging that people can just straight up donate which means way more profit, in fact, I’m pretty sure 2-3 donators (which he will get) will already bring in way more money than his shirt scam. He’s also just so shameless in how he does it; he plugs it right after, then he gaslights at the end saying what people “would think” while not mentioning the obvious: its manipulative as fuck and his $5 shirt scam is helping noone ESPECIALLY not dying ukraining children, over who’se back he’s now trying to reign in money. he’s not just debatably trying to manipulate people using dying children, he IS doing that right now.
