Well average high in Bongistan in March is 10C (50F) and average low 3C (37F)

May is average 16C (60F) high and 7C (44F) low

Which makes a big difference in energy consumption. Comparing March to May is kinda silly. March is still winter, early spring at the end of it (sometimes). May is late spring.
