Going by his post history I would guess rivendellboy is about one infraction from a permaban. He seems to be much younger than most of the tangency regulars and younger, angrier leftists are more willing to say the quiet parts out loud.

That's fairly rational by Rpg.net standards. That the poster in questions is admitting they feel the site should be facilitating Ukrainian propaganda is probably the double down that made them comfortable. My money says there will be a trouble ticket for that one.

As far as I can tell, neither side are bleeding each other out; it's mostly an land grab by the Russians.

And for some reason I only see an certain type of people who constantly use the "bad faith" excuse whenever they get rid of people.

The Good People values are so obviously and uncontroversially virtuous and correct that the only conceivable reason anyone could ever speak against them is because they are a Secret Hitler arguing in bad faith, therefore anyone disagreeing with the Good People is a Secret Hitler.
