Apparently, there's Ukrainian light infantry out there making Winter War style raids on these poor buggers. Seem pretty successful at it too.

They have air superiority in the sense they own the sky. The problem is as i said earlier, most of their aircraft do not have targeting pods and are having to low altitude to strike and use the factory original Soviet bomb sights...thus they are vulnerable to MANPADS

They have air superiority, but not air supremacy.

Right now the Ukrainians cannot use their air assets, but the Russians also have to be careful with theirs as the Ukrainians still have effective air defences, as demonstrated today when a whole slew of Russian plains got shot down.

Essentially, the Russians have no eyes in the air and the convoys can't go off-road due to their cheap, sun worn tires blowing up in terrain. It's a shitty situation to be in. Like an all you can eat buffet for Ukrainian guerillas.

Because Russaboos are still convinced Russia saying they completely neutered the Ukrainian airforce in negative two hours day before invasion started glorious Russian might is a massive fucking cope that I honestly think Russian high command started believing. Ukranian airforce/air defence capabilities are shot but not completely gone.
But nah the convoys arent being wiped out so much as stalled for various reasons involving Russian command forgetting spare parts and food was a thing.
