So this is a whole ass mess. And you're talking about people trying to remember games they designed in 1989. But, it either came in right away or when it got brought to America. No one seems to know for sure. And like some one mentioned, its in the concept art. But who the hell is to even say that isn't for like promotional art. Because no one keeps track of that shit.

Hard to say, but there's a good possibility Phil either doesn't actually know the day it comes out because he doesn't properly track his budget, or he is unsure what days he previously claimed these bills hit in previous months, and is trying to give himself some wiggle room so he can beg wherever he wants to.

Also keep in mind that as of 5 days ago, Phil had used all of his YT paycheck and his tips to pay off all of his bills (but only for last month!). This resulted in Phil spending $7000 ($5.5k from YT, and $1.5k from 10 days of tips). Where did the last 5 days of tips go, given that Phil has not left the house and all of his bills had been paid? Where did the $350 from Patreon go? Umm... hm.

On the bank leaks it showed payments for federal taxes ($1,000) about the first week of March for both 2020 and 2021. Might be something.

Everyday when Phil begs for engagement he says he loves reading every single comment the fans leave on his videos.
Apparently, one of the fans that leaves comments showed up to the horizon stream and spent the entire night trying to get Phil's attention about some comments he left on the Pokemon videos.
Phil pretty much completely ignored the guy the entire stream and finally responded after he clocked out for the night.
I clipped the guys messages and Phil's response:

What an idiot! He expects Phil to answer his question about pokemon in the youtube comments on his pokemon video? To get your question answered you obviously should be watching some random Skyrim stream.
