Also Kson seems know how to do business.
She probably learnt a lot from the Hololive business process.

Meanwhile, Mikeneko seems don't know how to do business.
She might be end up promoting scam app again like the old day.

Also, I feel that Rushia's artist/designer still willing to make her a model.

Kson originally applied to be a manager I think didn't she? And was only recruited after to be a talent. So it makes sense she probably has some business background/knowhow. And then I'm sure she learned even more being in HL and seeing how things work there too.

Not sure Rushia background, but menhara probably doesn't help with the business side of things either.

The man of sex also hit a milestone

Correct, one of the things i learned when the downfall of Keeki as a idol happened is how more or less the entertainment industry in Japan is a big ass circle of people that know each other, you don't get anywhere without raw talent and specially without a sponsor/connections, the problem in the case of Rushia is that she did not graduate but was declared Excommunicate traitoris, for us westerners doesn't mean much but in the japanese industry it leave a fuck awful precedent and you are not going to get into the big leagues because your CV is "tainted" for failing a contractual obligation, she is going to stay as a streamer for life, same as Aloe for the detriment of the Deltahomos

Kson is a special case because she actually went out with honors and she know how the business work that is how she even nailed a sponsor once that sadly was cucked by the chinese

One of the problems she has to fix is that she need a Live2d, the Dragon herself admitted to Connor i think it was that Japaneses dont watch and dont like her facecam streams that is why she went to Coco designer and comissioned a pimping live2d
Yeah. Here in the West it's a lot a lot more gung-ho and easier to pick up the pieces and moving on compared to in Japan.

As you've also pointed out, Kson is different as she graduated full honors and wasn't just terminated quietly.
That's my point, though. Kson and Mike benefitted from Holo's marketing to become absolutely massive in this space. Now they can go out and be absolutely massive on their own. Sure, now they don't have the marketing and cross-promo opportunities and will probably not grow as quickly as they did in Hololive, but when they can press "start stream" and thousands of dollars pour in, who cares either way? They are still benefitting from the previous promo work that Hololive did for them, but not giving back anymore.

And if Kson or Mike decide they want to make an original song again, all they have to do is hire a producer to put it together for them and rent out a recording studio. It's not that difficult if you have money, which they do. If Russel Greer can figure it out, so can they.
Marketing is an ongoing thing. The second you stop growing is the second you're doomed as a content creator. Kson planned going indie and knows better than most how to grow her base. Collabing with vshoujo and Pikamee as well as going on Trash Taste are excellent ways to market herself. Not to mention broadening out her meme reviews, everyone likes seeing people react to their niche interest.
I don't think mikeneko's goals are artistic in nature. She's all about the long hustle, maintaining her highly loyal, highly monetizable cadre of simps.
Oh absolutely 100%. Rushia, Pekora, Korone, Botan and Fubuki are the 5 JPHolo streamers off the top of my head that relies the least on the idol aspect of Hololive and as such the ones who need it the least.

But we know from the Japanese keemstar that Rushia doesn't think her fans are loyal. Either thats the menhera speaking or its someone who has egosearched themselves/looked into google analytics far too much.

Not sure Rushia background, but menhara probably doesn't help with the business side of things either.
About like Kiara, she's been testing different routes to fame for a long time, until finally she found one that worked.

Success as cartoon girls didn't cure their brain problems, but in Rushia's case it put them to good use. She'll do OK if she keeps being that character. Her fans will find a way to keep her in business.

Super gehy and late to this but my take is why are all these companies using the app that is literally Doxxing: The App for internal company communication? Are you too cheap to get a license for an actual real messaging and email system/server? If you want to use Discord for fan stuff that's fine but for fuck's sake keep the internal stuff off of it, this is how many retard moments we've seen caused by it. Or if you're going to use it as a company make some rules about what channels you can have open during streams or set it to streamer mode. I mean holy shit, you have enough to worry about with some schitzo fans and then you use shit tech to serve stuff like this up on a silver platter
I don't see how having slack/telegram/MS Teams etc would help with any of the recent issues. Maybe I'm ignorant but what comms software do you know that won't show up when people stream their desktops in OBS and also won't randomly show up if you alt tab while using game capture?

Now that I've said this, maybe the issue is OBS? What can people use besides OBS? Dxtory?

What both Niji and Holo really need to do is to give their talents "streaming 101" before they debut. By all accounts the talents are left to fumble for themselves or only have their genmates for support, which is honestly mind boggling given how a minor yab can have significant consequences.

mikeneko might be menhera but she's smart in her own way. No one gets to be the #1 superchatted person in the world by accident.

Case in point: in her latest stream, she thanks her foreign viewers constantly. I was wondering why she was so insistent with thanking her foreign fans until I realized most of the superchats were foreign currency. She knew before the stream started that's what she wanted to do. She did it in Japanese, she did in English, and she did it through translation software. She had a good pulse on which side of the fanbase was more willing to welcome her back. She knew they wouldn't understand what she was saying but they'd understand "Arigatou, kaigainikki."

And in a twisted way was mikeneko prioritizing her own brand over Hololive's such a bad decision? Full on menhera possessiveness is what separates her from other girls. And if all her whales didn't believe she'd torpedo her career for their affection/money, they do now. There would always have been newer, younger, and cuter girls in Hololive, e.g. Chloe. Maybe those fans would have moved on and maybe some of them already have but now she's established that she is the yandere GFE. Those that crave that extra bit of possessiveness instead of just another "I'm cute, give me your money" experience will stick with Rushia.

And if I was a betting man, I'd bet her model is similar enough to Rushia to be unmistakably her but with some plausible deniability. She asked "Who is Rushia?" not once but twice and even acknowledged a pettan joke.

based, tbh only 2 of them are worth watching. (Ironmouse and Melody)
The others don't stream, are bitches, or are TTS. I hope Gen 2 has a better line-up but I doubt it.

Mouse is the only decent one in Vshoujo after "the incident". Everyone else, I wouldn't piss on if they were on fire.

Yeah. Here in the West it's a lot a lot more gung-ho and easier to pick up the pieces and moving on compared to in Japan.

Rushia doesn't think her fans are loyal? Rushia. Honey, that's a "you" problem, and not a "fan" problem.

Obs is free, so let me check something.
Edit: When you capture your game screen through OBS, you will only show your gamescreen. No overlays, if you have borderless windowed and drag a window over your game it wont be recorded, if you alt-tab while in game it wont show the options. Meaning OBS if you select game-capture (which is more appropriately called application capture, as you can capture any program running on your PC) has rather good protection against accidental yabs.
But that's where we also find the problem, I dare say. Obs wont record overlays, so if they're on voice, viewers can't see who speaks. I assume that's why some of them use pngs/gifs of members and have them glow/animate when they speak instead. Connecting each png to a discord ID and adding them as layers above the game screen on OBS. After doing it once, it's automatic.

Edit 2: Well shit, Discord has integrated OBS compatibility where you can ADD a layer for voice chat to your obs setup. Literally no excuse to not do gamescreen capture over monitor capture then.
Neither of these yabs should have ever happened. It took someone with zero knowledge on streaming 10 minutes to figure this out with basic testing and googling.

In other words, Rushia (and Nijisanji leaker) weren't capturing their game, they were capturing the monitor the game played upon. This is 100% not the fault of Discord or OBS, it's entirely on the streamers.
Not only that, you can mute discord system audio notifications through Discord while still having voice chat up.
Rushia doesn't think her fans are loyal? Rushia. Honey, that's a "you" problem, and not a "fan" problem.
I mean honestly I wouldn't either if I egosearched and saw people burning my merchandise.

actually, didn't vshojo open auditions like 7 months ago? When will we get the new horde of hellish abominations?
And what can we hope for? Holo rejects? Troons and SJWs? Lunatics and societal deviants? or just more boring, hornybaiting, c-tier EN vtubers?
is going to be the raccoon and they would call it a day

All of the above rolled into one hellspawn.
Allah willing vshojo never has another wave

Why did I find this out watching divegrass? Kaneko Lumi and Amaris Yuri are graduating from Cyberlive. I suppose we'll find out more later?

In case any of you want to take med for your Oshi, here is a list of medications that Rushia is probably taking:
  • [A] Lithium (preferred), Valproic acid , lamotrigine , quetiapine, aripiprazole, olanzapine, carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine
  • [B] Fluoxetine, Paroxetine, Sertraline, Citalopram, Escitalopram, Fluvoxamine
1 med from [A] + 1 Med from [B] is the combination to treat her manic depression, GAD, and panic disorder.

Considering what she did to earn that burning of said merchandise? Well, that takes a special kind of stupid.
Thinking on it rationally, she received a message from Mafumafu and rrats went crazy thinking they were dating & living together.
But all she did was receive a message. We've also been told she had/has a crush on Mafumafu and that she previously felt guilt over rrats thinking they lived together because they have similar dishes.
And after what I just learned with OBS, it could have easily been prevented by Rushia if she captured the game instead of the monitor. If I were to conjure up a guess on why she (and Niji) captures monitor and not game is that they have to setup for each individual game they stream, while with monitor recording its just a matter of press live.
It adds half a minute of work at most, but laziness prevails I guess. I'm pretty confident a lot of the streamers do game capture, as they've never been seen alt-tabbing or anything while fixing technical stuff. So she probably felt immense guilt towards the twink she had a crush on.
Couple that with her (now revealed) diagnosis of manic depression and anxiety, then imagine she goes on twitter to egosearch hoping to get a pick me-up but instead sees former fans burning her merchandise on bonfires.
I'll be honest, Rushia is at fault for breaching NDA and Cover did the right thing by sacking her. But her mental state at that point couldn't have been good in the slightest. In the clip she talks as if she was recently diagnosed with manic depression, anxiety and panic attacks.
Which suggests to me she never really went for a proper mental health checkup while working for Cover. No wonder she went to Korekore to clear her name.

Probably never if its that long ago. I feel like Vshoujo is more likely to adopt talent from less successful corpos or indies. Like I wouldn't be surprised if the trash panda joins them eventually. Or Artemis.

I'm not referring to the spergy retards that went after her because they're fucking retards. I'm referring to what Rushia (and by consequence Cover for not nipping this shit in the bud before it even started) did in COURTING said spergy fucking retards. Any thot playing into the "Girlfriend Experience" deserves the bullshit that comes with it.
