I notice Brave now completely block some sites. One was an NYC Covid protest group one of whose members heckled the governor at a Greek Rite church where she was speaking. i assume its like a subreddit or wikipedia. just because he's the CEO doesn't mean he makes the decisions. he outsoured hiring to HR, and HR is always filled with SJWs who will exclusively hire the shittiest trannies in order to further the cause.

Its been like this since 1965, the problem is at least back then the people that get hired could end up in a makework field and not have the power to fuck things up for the mega corps. for smaller companies like brave, reddit or wikipedia every person hired on already has way more power and can rise through the ranks, being one or two steps from ending up in charge.

And you'd think "well why not just make sure HR doesn't hire these types" well the American Apparel guy thought of that too. except then your investors will just demand it instead. basically if you don't hire these trannies to fuck your company then your investors will back out, the payment processors will cancel, you won't be able to purchase your equipment from the distributors, any contracts you have end up in the trash etc.

To put it in perspective the most successful guy to not have to play these games is our very own Joshua Moon, and he has to make the equivalent of a regular $15/hr job just to keep the lights on for this site. thats not counting his own living expenses, which is part of why he's living where he is.

Beyond that because of the autism inherent in the tech sector you're more likely to have these saboteurs than say if you wanted to become defense contractor or weapons manufacturer. I'll have to keep watch on what Brave is doing. So far for me, it is already one of the most aggressive privacy browsers out there. privacytests.org measures it and it is literally beats out everything else. Libewolf is the only other thing that even comes close. So if they start going down the censor the internet and allow ads because white men bad route, that's gonna fucking suck. I mean I can recreate the aggressive blocking with other browsers, but defaults matter a lot and I support projects like Brave that push good blocking BY DEFAULT over projects like Fagfox which can be modded to do the same things but choose to ship them switched off. What I can't re-create on other browsers like Surf and whatnot is BAT, which I think is great and directly attacks Google's income stream.

Idk, we'll just have to see what comes of this. Fucking HR cunts man, they will be the death of the west.

The issue with that site is that it considers even the most benign telemetry feature as SPYWARE that STEALS YOUR DATA. It's ran by these complete FOSS extremist lunatics and should be taken with a massive grain of salt.

Also Vivaldi is the best choice if you've used Opera back in the hayday and you had issues finding a new browser after they've turned Opera into a Chrome clone. It was founded by Opera's co-founder after all.

Chromium based browsers don't support autoscroll on Linux. Either use Firefox (and enable autoscrolling in the settings) or use an extension like AutoScroll
