Because the Russians don't want to harm civilians. They've demonstrated that over the course of the invasion so far. They have the capacity to go full Fallujah and they haven't done it.
This is a baffling position to me. Why wouldn't you allow civilians to relocate somewhere in their own country or Poland?

By the way, we DID allow civilians to withdraw from Fallujah to other parts of Iraq.

No, it is because the Russians are a bunch of incompetent idiots so chases did have not marked the mining of the area you know a fucking warcrime, but maybe today Putin will send you his feet pics fash boy for you brave big boy defense of him.

They're not offering to send people across a minefield, and Zelensky isn't arguing about the safety of specific routes, he says he's not allowing them to seek asylum in Russia or Belarus. You can stop sucking the Ukrainian manlet's e-peen now, because refusing to let civilians leave a warzone is a war crime.

I hate to see any innocents die but in reality it's been almost two weeks and it could've been a lot worse. What do you think the Russians will do to civilians when they get to Belarus/Russia? Put them in gulags? They want to be able to process them and ensure no azov or enemy combatants are hiding out among them.
De-zelenskycation, like denazifycation but less gay

Has bellingcat retracted or revised their claim that the russian army would collapse yesterday
do you have a link? so I can screencap for trolling purposes

Explain to me the moral implications of allowing people to leave to just another country which has just invaded them, and people who don't want to relocate to that aggressor country can just die with the military.

Maybe it will collapse tomorrow.

Russians taking more territory and a key transport interchange, ho hum

Izyum falling is a pretty significant development. Now no major maneuvers can be conducted by the Ukrainian army from Kharkiv to the eastern front without going all the way around to Dnipro. If Russia can take Sloviansk and move on to Kramatorsk soon, then the best part of the Ukrainian army outside Kyiv will be cut off.

No, they'll probably put the men up against a wall and shoot them & then rape the women & children. Russian soldiers & Russians in general have done nothing but commit horrible atrocities against Ukrainians, & will do no different should they get the upper hand over the Ukrainian military.

I support the civilians' right to bear arms, with or without training, consequences be damned.

I would suppose they are Ukrainian mines. You could probably mine an area remotely by air or some other means of dispersal, but mines are hardly an offensive weapon...
Nowhere in the article it is claimed those mines are Russian btw. Are you just assuming, because Putin bad?

Everyone would understand why you would not want to send civilians into Belarus or Russia since they are the people attacking you lol. Why can't they just go to a neutral country like Poland or Romania? Really just seems like a ploy to lock down the 40 mile convoy so that the Russians can refuel it without fear of strikes. Maybe im wrong but if I was Putin that is what I would do. In any case the Ukrainians are not stupid and did not allow it obviously.

Right after they start publicly executing Ukranian soldiers and bombing nuclear plants and committing microaggressions against Kyiv's thriving black gay transgender neurodivergent Jewish butthole sex aficionado scene while laughing and reviewbombing The Last Jedi, senior intelligence sources have confirmed.
