Admittedly, they do have a regrettable amount of influence on the direction society is going in, but I think that's more due to our spineless leaders giving into them rather than them and their ideology truly prevailing. Take what I say with a grain of salt though

I don't think, in my entire life, have I witnessed any 'people of color' or any non-white nation, except maybe Japan, ever fundraised, raised awareness, or advocated on behalf of, a European nation undergoing tragedy.

This "people are only paying attention to Ukraine because they're white" is the most ballsy thing ever, considering white people actually bring attention to Palestinian issues, or tsunamis in Chile, or poor people in Haiti, or whatever. I've never seen a 'person of color' let alone a nation of them, ever get together and fundraise for say, Italy when they had an earthquake , or helping out during the Balkan wars, or some shit. These people are the most self-centered fuckers ever.?

I don't want to sound like an asshole, but, access to European people and what they care about and whom they care for is not a human right.

That's often the case. A major problem with forums is the existence of a mod clique that has actual power and lengthy terms. You're better off somewhere run by one autist whose quirks you can keep track of/don't mind too much.

For instance look at 4chan after Snacks got whacked. It was pretty much a moot dictatorship at that point. Look how quickly deteriorated after moot sold it to a grifter who let Discord trannies take over the mod team.

Studies of such things have shown that white people care more about other races more than any other race cares about people outside their own. Minorities, especially black people, have found that white guilt pays. Whether you're a true believer or not - and I'm inclined to think the loudest assholes at ResetEra are all true believers in the permanent victimhood and the need for 'muh oppressors' to compensate them for it, however factually incorrect it is - what used to be noblesse oblige is now 'we have to atone for being imperialist, colonising slaveowners. Don't want to be seen as racist.'

Wow, I can't believe they killed Blame Space. He has been a pretty active and well-liked member of that community since like 2005, and had never received a ban that lasted for more than a few days.

I wasn't much of a fan, but he was one of maybe 3-4 beloved posters whose ousting could and will cause lasting, vocalized anger. And for what? So some idiot can continue to post his stupid humble-brag Grindr blog without being mocked? So moderators don't have a Prominent Member slyly pointing out their poorly reasoned ban excuses?

Seems like a statement to me. "You aren't safe. Nobody is safe. We are petty and humorless, so stay in line." I guess you have to kill a sacred cow every once in a while, just to keep the rest of the herd from becoming unruly. Fat4All headed to the guillotine next?

Once in a while there's a thread with someone bemoaning how "negative" the forum is, and wondering why there's an "I'm going to kill myself" thread every other week.

Well gee, maybe it's because everyone who make a joke gets booted, and any sucker who dares say "Maybe the world isn't as horrible as you think it is" eats a ban for "dismissing" or "downplaying" some other idiot's ludicrous assertion. RIP to the dude that pointed out every teabag in Halo is a sexual assault.
