Accepting something at face value because it supposedly happened to other unrelated people is retarded. Yes justice systems have worked like that in the past where someone was punished for something that could plausibly happen and the mere accusation of such a thing would warrant punishment. But it always wound up creating larger injustices due to knee jerk reaction fuck ups and became entirely based around protecting the optics of those in power over everything else rather than enforcing the law.

Bringing up the fact that the white guy was a pedo is like when people pointed out that St. Floyd was a violent criminal. In both cases it’s an irrelevant distraction away from what caused them to die. Being a bad person doesn’t make it okay for anyone to kill you at any time and for any reason.

Interestingly, if the black guy who punched/killed this old pedo was given the same legal treatment as Chauvin, he’d be looking at decades in prison too, since Chauvin was ultimately found guilty of felony murder. However, most states do not allow assault charges to be the basis of a felony murder charge, since a murder is said to require an assault. Chauvin was unlucky enough to have committed his crime in one of the few states where assault can become the basis for felony murder.

I’m not sure how most states charge people who commit assaults that lead to unintentional death, but my non-lawyer reading of Florida’s laws would leave me to believe that the black guy in this case should’ve been charged with aggravated voluntary manslaughter. Not sure how much prison time that sentence would’ve got him, or how much prison time I think he deserves, but it’s pretty ridiculous that you can violently kill a guy (even if unintentional) and get away with a slap on the wrist. Cops shouldn’t get away with it, blacks shouldn’t get away with it, no one should.

I mean it's really incredible. As was pointed out, they didn't feel this way when Rittenhouse shot a pedo.
And I hope someone points out how racist it is to say that black people have so little restraint, killing someone for name calling is acceptable.

When it can't then those challenges are never addressed, only dismissed in increasingly more desperate ways.

Well as a queer transnigger of color they are targeted constantly for harassment by the authorities. This harmless, pure as driven coal persyn of color was likely accused of liberating vape juice or something and spent a night in the county jail before their rich parents bailed them out.

While there, this poor, downtrodden pole-smokin' porch monkey probably got snickered at for wearing a dress while being 6'4" and having the svelte, slim and trim figure of a TLC celebrity. It was a rough experience, and it truly shaped them into the hardened, dangerous political rebel they are today.

These nig diversity hire mods are fucking traumatized that they stuck up for Jussie and ended up being wrong, and are now lashing out at everyone who dares say anything supportive of his punishment. It's giving me so much joy.

Said it before and many others have made the same observation... but the supply of actual REAL racism is too low to meet their demand, so manufacturing it is now their go-to. Stuff like this Smollett incident is a symptom of it that is only going to continue spiraling out of control until niggers stop building their entire identities on top of their mostly imagined racial oppression. What a fucking sad identity to cultivate for yourself and your children.
